Due to the extreme freezing temperatures, our water pipes froze leading to the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. A pipe ruptured in the crawlspace below the kitchen, and flooded part of our basement. Al, Matt, Brian, and Danny responded quickly and rerouted the water pipes from the crawlspace below to behind the kitchen cabinets. This was a very creative task, took hard work, and now there is a connection from the basement to the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. These professionals are quite skilled. caring, made recommendations to prevent and remedy any further problems. Thank you to all of you, including the lady answering our phone call(s). I honestly needed to check that these reviews were indeed about Conway Plumbing because my experience with them was not at all like previous customers had. I used this company a few years ago and I was happy with them, so I didn't hesitate to call them again. I needed new bathroom & kitchen faucets plus 2 outside spigots replaced. I spoke to a lady named Trudy & I was given a date the following Thursday morning between 9'9:30. Thursday came & by 2:00 nobody showed. I called Trudy around 3 and Trudy proceeded to go into a rant about where they were, what they were doing, how upset the owners of the house were then saying she called & left me a message, and everyone was calling her angry at her blah blah. Years ago, we may have gotten away with saying I called & left you a message, but we all know you cannot in this day. I was then told that as soon as they are done with this job that she would call me. The next week by Thursday I still didn't hear from her so I called her again. Here we go again; they were now on a job in Westwood and again describing the job, the house etc. & she told me that she" could not give me a date, they needed to hire more plumbers, since all these fantastic reviews that were posted on Facebook about how good we are everyone is calling." Really?? Why couldn't you say that before? instead I wasted 2 weeks. The reason why I am writing this review is not because they aren't reputable, because they seem they are, but don't advertise that you do both small jobs as well as large sewer lines. You have a list of everything that you do, sink repairs, bathtub repairs & many more little plumbing jobs that your customers call you for. You advertise on your website, " when you call us you are getting the expert master plumber himself & his wonderful son" & I'm sure every customer is getting this expertise. Thinking that perhaps this was an extra busy time for you & you got 2 large jobs back-to-back I asked Trudy if I could make an appointment for the following week, her response was "Sure, but I cannot guarantee that this won't happen again." It was very obvious to me with that response that the guys were not interested in coming out for small jobs, which I didn't think was a small job, but apparently it is. read more

So, I bought an old house and what do you know...I need plumbing work. I have a leak, I have a kitchen remodel going, and I have old pipes in several places that needs to be replaced. When Al, the owner, talks about what needs to be done he isn't upselling you or fast talking you hes explaining what the deal is in plain english, cost for materials and the cost the work. The price was great, the work was great and get this: Because there was no pipe leaking just a shower that needs to be recaulked, my price was less than the already great estimate!! Did u hear that? He realized after investigation that less work needed to be done and charged me less!! An honest plumber running a family business. I could not wish more success for them. I have an old house, will need more work and will be exclusively relying on them. I couldn't recommend them more. read more

My second time calling them within one month for problems caused by property seller's unprofessional and amateur company hired for incomplete renovation work done.
