He came out last week and gave me an estimate to do some work on the outside which included fixing the steps, and repaving the driveway. The estimate started at $14,000 and soon grew into a $23,000 estimate. They were supposed to start the job on the second week in August of 2019 but they never showed when they were supposed to. They finally showed up a week later to start the demolition of the driveway. They would show up to work one day out of the entire week and not come back until a week later. In the middle of all that, there was no communication from anyone. I spend hours and days calling the owner only for him to have a lame excuse for not calling or having anyone show up at the house. As they continue to work, Mike would call and ask for more money to buy materials and insist that I help him out since he needed the money to order materials. The project which then included sealing off the entire house foundation, paving the entire the side of the house, demolishing the driveway and putting up a new one and fixing the front steps and replacing the railing. The project was originally estimated to take 2-3 weeks to complete. After paying them almost the entire amount in cash approx. $20,500; the job was never completed and they stopped showing up and answering my phone calls and text messages. I managed to get ahold of Mike again around March and he promised to come back once the state opened up to complete the job and fix the pavements cracks that showed up less than a month after he put up new concrete. I contacted Mike as soon as I heard that contractors are able to resume working as a result of COVID-19. He kept ignoring my calls for an entire week and finally called back to let me know that he is going to send his subcontractor to work on my steps on Friday June 26th. I called him on Thursday to confirm that they were still coming and he promised that they will be there the next day. No one ever showed up to the house and I called Mike a few times to find out why no one showed up. My phone calls and text messages remain unanswered. Up till today; a year later; the job remains incomplete and messy. They even left their garbage in my backyard and never came back to clean their mess. STAY away from this company. They are a bunch of thieves. They will just take your money and disappear. TOTAL FRUAD

Nope, it was just one guy, who was on his phone the whole day (I watched the footage from our camera). As time went on the deck was installed, concrete was complete, they had to install the sod as promised. Mike and his cronies installed 3/4 of the sod and then disappeared for almost two weeks. At this point he was given his money in full and just needed to get more sod, so I was very confused as to why he never came back. After I left a horrible review on Home Adviser, he called. He asked for me to change the review and they'll come back. I removed the review all together and my grass was installed. Less than a year later my deck is buckling, and the grass died. I've called and texted Mike and I was given the run around. I was told someone would come by, I was told someone would call, I was told he was in Texas for a family emergency, blah blah blah. When you try to find his contact information online, his website is down. DO NOT hire these crooks. He comes across as a good guy who knows his stuff but in reality they're crooks.

One of them had an answering machine, and the other had automatic service tell me they would call me back by Tuesday of the following week (Neither ever called back). The third, George Ray, answered the phone, checked his schedule and agreed to come by later that day for an estimate. He called me to confirm, arrived on time, took is time looking at my ceiling and roof from multiple angles, pointed out the problem area (sliding roof tiles and broken siding), gave me fair estimates for the repair OR the entire roof which I will soon need (my roof is 20 years old). He then checked with his crews and agreed to do the work the next day ahead of a pending rain storm. The next day at 7AM they rang the bell and started work. The crew worked quietly, were thorough, cleaned up, and left within 4 hours. Mr. Ray came by as they left, confirmed the work was done correctly, answered questions, and assured me they would return to do the job again for free if I had any problems in that area. Three massive rain storms later...I am still a satisfied customer. He is likely to get a call from me (hopefully not real soon) when I am forced to do the entire roof. In the meantime I have already recommended him to a close friend two blocks away who needed a roofer.
