Garden state does my gutter cleaning every year and is always on time and professional. In addition they recently installed gutters after a storm and did a great job. read more

It took six weeks for the roof to show improvement from the cleaning. I was billed prior to this. In the future I would not work with a company like this. read more

The company email me asking if I want gutters cleaned. I don't respond but they come out anyway and clean the gutters, then bill me $169. This was in March. After numerous calls to resolve the issue, they keep just mailing or emailing the invoice to me. Now instead of asking me to pay the invoice it says they will just charge a credit card I foolishly allowed them to keep on file from years ago. I will of course by disputing the charge. This company don't seem to have ethical practices. I have to say in past years they have cleaned my gutters and even installed. They seemed a good company but things seem to have changed. JUST BEWARE. *** After posting this review, Garden State Gutter reached out to me and fixed the problem. Thank you for your responsiveness. I changed the rating from one star to four. read more

We decided to used Garden State Gutters to clean our gutters last year. No complaints. Couple of months later we noticed our 1 gutter splashing out water - like a waterfall - during a heavy rain storm. We called them to replace it. The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again. read more

Garden State Gutter Cleaning - replacement gutter - Gutter Services Near Me - Bloomfield, New Jersey

I WOULD definitely recommend this company. Their service is swift, efficient and professional. I'm not sure how their employees can move in the manner in which they did but I'm grateful. GSGC are the ninjas of gutter cleaning. While shopping for roofers, each pointed out that I needed to have the gutters cleaned. I was first told due to demand there would be a one(1) week minimum wait but within 3 days done and done. They are sooooo clean that there was no sign of them even being on the property. In addition, their pricing beat out the competition and the manager was honest about what was needed and pointed out the false information that I was previously given. Big thanks. read more

I called Garden State Gutter in late winter and they were prompt in scheduling my gutter cleaning. They are very professional and efficient. Their gutter cleaning price is reasonable and fair for the size of my house. The service they provided was high quality and the crew cleaned up all debris. I will be using them for all of my gutter cleaning needs. I highly recommend them! read more

Had a gutter emergency (overflowing because of leaves) and after calling 15 places they were the only ones who came out even though they were done for the day. read more

I would not recommend this company for gutter replacement. I had a gutters replaced and rerouted last year, installers reported no issues. A few weeks ago I had a contractor on my roof for unrelated work and he pointed out 2 notable issues with how the gutters were incorrectly installed that would lead to future issues. After 2 emails & 2 calls over 2 weeks I was finally able to speak to Mike. After a 20-30 minute phone call the points I was able to gather from him were: - It is an edge of the roof issue & his installers only do gutters so they do not know anything about roofs - his installers would never have left the installation that way even though he just said it is a edge of the roof issue that they would not touch - no explanation for if there was an issue with the edge of my roof why did they not tell me when they were installing so I could address it correctly then - problem also then explained as ice damning in the gutters causing it; I pointed out wouldn't that then indicate gutters were not installed correctly to cause so much ice damning to create this issue from improper drainage, he then said gutters must be blocked (which they were not) & that we've already had a really bad winter so that would cause it - they did not install a runner down the roof to the next gutter that would be a correct installation because he says there was not enough room & never told me about it  Mike told me he was going to look into my installation & get back to me with the pictures his installers would have taken to show they did not leave it the way I found it - that was 2 weeks ago. I have already found another contractor that can correct their improper installation with the edge of my roof & can install a runner (which Mike says was not possible). Circular reasoning, contradicting yourself from one statement to the next, saying you will get back to me with proof but never do, & claiming it was done correctly but every other contractor says it was not & could easily be corrected is not a great way of conducting business. I never post reviews but felt this experience needed to be shared. read more

Garden State Gutter and I had a little problem in May of this year, but I am happy to say that it was resolved by great management customer care reaching out to me! My gutters were then cleaned on the day promised, good ground cleanup of stray debris after gutters were done, AND... they are scheduled to come back tomorrow for another cleaning! I would have removed my previous post and rating, but got error message saying the post could only be updated because of its "age" online. read more

I hired Garden State Gutter after they contacted me regarding doing an estimate for my 6 buildings. I hesitated, but hiring them was my best decision. The estimate included information on work needed. I hired them for the gutters AND repairs. I watched the employees work and will retain them ongoing. Happy customer. Pleasant staff. read more

Garden state did some gutter repair for me and added an additional downspout. These guys were really quick and had great service. They were significantly less expensive than a big corporate outfit that I got a quote from. They did take a few days to get back to my email, so be patient or give them a call direct. read more

They showed up on time, wore a mask, and were very fast and courteous! Will definitely be using them again!

Came quickly, did the job, cleaned up and left. Barely knew they were there if I didn't see them come and do the job.

These guys are very good. Almost always get a live person to talk to and walk through the cost. Work is done well. We had a slight issue on an oversight on there end & it was resolved within the hour and without a hiccup. A crew member was sent back even though it was the end of the day & they had left the area. read more

I have used these guys twice for gutter repairs and have been pleased with the timeliness of the estimate and repairs. The prices were fair and far below what Ned Stevens quoted us. We have just started to use them for gutter cleaning as well and have been happy so far. Prices for gutter cleaning are also very reasonable! Would recommend to others! read more

Had GSGC out to our new home after seeing mostly very good reviews. They did a pretty good job first time around, but I noticed water backing up and over in one of the upper gutters. I called to notify them about the problem and they sent a guy out a couple of days later to rectify the situation. Turns out one of the leaders was clogged and the first guy missed it. I wasn't sure if I would use them again after the first service, but the followup was great and they seemed happy, both the person I called and the second worker, to resolve the problem quickly. I will use their services again. read more

Great company and great service. Was very pleased. I will continue to use this company and recommend to family and friends.

Been using Garden State for years. Moved from the guys with the orange trucks. Very satisfied, price is right, the teams that gets on your roof do a great job cleaning and flushing the gutters and leaders. They do a solid job, no dirt left in or around the gutters, and no other signs that they were there read more

These guys are great! I initially contacted them to get my gutters cleaned. Turned out, we had all sorts of problems. One gutter wasn't attached to a downspout and I was missing a gutter on a crucial part of the house. They assessed the situation, gave a quote, did the work, and even let me pay in installments. Michael, the owner, was very nice and always great about communicating with me. I felt in good hands and will continue to use their services. read more

I have been using Garden State Gutter Cleaning for four years to clean my gutters and they do an excellent job, They are really on the ball scheduling them twice a year for me. Recently I was having water in my basement and I had them install new gutters. I am happy to say there is no more water in my basement! They really did a great job. I also love the fact that they have very quick service. Whenever I call them they send someone out right away. I highly recommend their services! read more

Stay away from this company!!!!! They were at my house for 10 minutes and charged me over $200. My house isn't even that big and half of it has gutter protectors.. The workers did a mediocre job at best. Must be why they have to keep tele-marketing to get business. No one calls them to come back. I sure won't! read more

Agree with all the comments here. The service was poor and the customer service follow-up they initiated unsatisfactory.

Used them three times for fall gutter cleaning. Prices are very reasonable and service is good. If issues do arise, the management will go out of their way to ensure you have a positive experience. Will continue to use and recommend them. read more

Stay away from this company! They do not complete all work written on their estimate. They bill for work not completed and will not return calls to discuss or resolve. read more

Garden State Gutter Cleaning has been our preferred choice for a while now. The pricing is very reasonable and I love that you don't have to be home for them to do the work. They do a solid job, no dirt left in or around the gutters, and no other signs that they were there (other than the clean gutters). The only thing is that you really, really want to schedule as early as possible. They get incredibly busy so if you call right before the winter hits, you will likely have to wait several weeks for them to show up. read more

Garden State Gutter did a great job replacing our gutters after the horrible winter. They were efficient, reliable, and reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future for all of my gutter needs. read more
