I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

He gave me an appointment for the next day, Wednesday 7/30/25. He said the arrival window was from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. He apologized for the long waiting time. I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. I told her NOT to reschedule, if I wanted to try again I would call back myself to do so. On Friday, 8/1/25 (today) at 8:30 a.m. Spotless Gutter showed up unsolicited & without me rescheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say my son sent them away. What kind of business is this? The estimated cost for the work was $1,200 for approximately 20 feet of gutters and downspouts. Though I asked them use better material and clips, their material were of cheap quality (thin flimsy aluminium sheets and generic clips as fasterns) After three years, I was forced to replace part of the downspouts because the material used as well as bad workmanship. Additionally, the clips or fasteners used to secure them were also weak and unstable. I am currently replacing the downspouts with a different company.
