I am so happy that I trusted my gut and went with Roof Plus for a brand new roof. From the moment I met Anthony, I knew that I had made the right decision in reaching out to him. He's honest, hardworking and truly goes above and beyond to assist the customer in any way possible. Throughout the roof installation, Anthony was present and in constant communication with all members of his team. Denise also answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Once my beautiful roof was completed, I had other work being done in my home. I had an unrelated issue to the roof, but called Anthony for advice. He was willing to come out and help me within the hour. Truth be told, you just don't find this type of work ethic anymore. I would highly recommend Rood Plus to anyone and I look forward to working with them in the future!! read more

Purchased a Living Social Gutter Cleaning contract from them in 11/2013. Was in the area which they stated they covered. I called to make an apt and was put on the list but was told they only come to my area once in a while. My apt was canceled because of the snow and ice we had last year. They never rescheduled. I contacted them numerous times as well as a few text messages. A few times I actually spoke to someone who told me they would call back. Never got a call. So much for the flawless experience Andrew B received.... My experience was all but flawless. I would not recommend anyone contact this business unless you want a run around. My living social receipt states ENJOY PROMOTIONAL VALUE $180.00 BY June 14, 2014 PAID VALUE ($69.00) DOES NOT EXPIRE. I guess that's true but I'm sure I will never get to use it. read more

Being a business owner and knowledgable facilities manager myself, my experience hiring Lombardo Roofing & Exterior was flawless. Prior to starting the project I met with the Lombardo sales staff. From the first word mentioned it was clear the gentleman knew the ins & outs of his business, bringing up many points I would have overlooked & additional points many other companies I interviewed did not have the foresight to notice. During the project, the job foreman kept me informed of what was taking place, where the project was in relation to the deadline and displayed the confidence to tell me when he had to revert back to his superior for guidance. Furthermore, everyone was punctual, clean cut, uniformed and friendly. While these ideas may seem simple enough it truly offered me piece of mind and allowed me to be at ease to focus my efforts on other areas that needed my attention. After the project the follow up was fantastic. The general manager came out to our site to follow up with me. He asked if I was happy with the project and then personally inspected the work to ensure it was correct and that I would not have any issues or potential problems in the future. In closing, I would recommend Lombardo Roofing & Exterior to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. I have personally dealt with over 20 contractors in both my business & home improvement projects and I will testify, Lombardo Roofing & Exterior is the most well run, well equipped and knowledgable company I have come across in the construction trade and have utilized them many times since this renovation. read more
