I was living with a broken storm window in my living room for several years. Then I finally decided to remove it and take to Eighteen Glass Co to see if it could be repaired. Best thing I've done in a long time. They took the broken frame and fixed it within a day and for an affordable $50. Eighteen Glass also replaced mirrored glass on a dining room table I managed to break several years back. Said estimated arrival of glass was 10/1, and set a tentative appointment for 10/2. Called on 10/1 to confirm glass was delivered, confirmed a starting time for work on 10/2. Crew leader called and advised running 10 minutes late, and showed up within 10 minutes of appointed time. Two men completed the work in about 1.5 hours. Friendly, neat, professional, and correctly wearing masks. Paid balance w/ credit card and received a mailed receipt two days later. Totally painless, very satisfied with entire experience. Would not hesitate to use them again
