Also, on their website it says "You can always rely on us to provide you with exceptional service and the best name brands available. We have decades of experience." Well, upon surveying the site, the sales manager exclaimed that "the project is too difficult to undertake." So my neighbor is now looking for a company that has more "skills and experience" than this one.

Took several more weeks than we were told because of delays in getting supplies (but they finished on time because they started ahead of time.) He spent ten minutes making a hole in the walk and went to home depot to buy a part. The part cost $15, he literally made a whole in the wall, that took 10 minutes. They had given us an estimate, that we did approve for $800. We expected a professional job, which we did not get. When we called the office for an explanation of why we were charged $800. Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!! I would never use them again and certainly not recommend them!!!!!!!

Gil's team replaced and re-tiled the bathroom floor, removed the tub and put in a wonderful new shower with a marble bench and grab bar. We were happy to be able to keep the existing cabinetry and wall tile. Outside, Gil's teams put on a new roof, removed and reinstalled a skylight window to address leakage, and repaired two places where the roof was leaking. Gil's carpenter replaced the decking on our rear deck and our side porch. All new steps were built. The front porch decking was painted and new steps were built. The entire house was power washed and the gutters were cleaned. Leakage damage in the kitchen was repaired and the kitchen was painted. Every task was completed quickly and expertly. Gil is honest and very easy to work with. All work was completely quickly and without problem. I highly recommend Gil and Goias Home Improvement.
