Not work your time or money!…read more After the initial estimate, Robert the owner called incessantly to see if we wanted to proceed with work. When we decided to move forward, we were told all in the work would be done within 1 week 1) The team that showed up to the do work was from Above and Beyond Cleaning whom we have NEVER heard of or spoke to. When we called Robert he was rude and unprofessional and told us this was the "sister"company, but we should have been made aware of that. 2) It is now 7 weeks since the work started and is still NOT completed. We call the office once a day and get the run around from several office managers. Since its not their house no one has a sense of urgency or even cares. When they do get back to you it more excuses about about when the work will be completed. Bottom line do your research. This is not the company you want to work with if you want anything done in a professional and timely manner. On a side note, the subcontractor working from Above and Beyond, Osain has been amazing! He's been the only one that has called us back to give us updates and to try and get some resolution on the remaining portion of the work. If we could have contracted directly with him we would have.
