I dropped my car off when they opened and didn't get a call that it was ready until 4:15pm. At 4:30 I got another call telling me (rudely) that if I didn't pick it up by 4:45 I would have to wait until the next day because the person at the register had to leave early. That info would have been valuable on the first call. Even though I dropped my car off as soon as they opened, my seats were still wet. Not damp -- wet. The windows were all streaked! I told the owner and he said I had to bring it back the next day because all the workers were gone. On the way home, I turned a corner, straight into the sunshine and the windows were so bad, I couldn't see out of them. Never went back. Never going back.

I opted for a complete package which included clay bar, compound, wax, and a ceramic coating for the exterior. As for the interior, a steam cleaning along with leather care was requested and remarkably delivered. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, I was met with superb customer service with a brief conversation accounting the attention to detail that was observed in previously flawed areas of the vehicle; the proof of effort was evident and prior paint flaws were absent. Would recommended to family and friends.

This was my first time not washing the car myself and I am glad I took the chance with this company.
