I'm not saying the house wasn't 50-60% cleaner, because technically it was. I'm not saying I lied about how dirty it was to begin with, I specially said the word "filthy" when requesting a quote. What I am saying is I told everyone at the company I spoke to that I understand it's a big job and I am happy to pay more to have cleaners stay longer and get this job done so I don't have to stress it. Here I am stressing it. There is literally nothing in the house but walls and floors, no furniture and no carpet, yet somehow they didn't have time to clean the hardware on cabinet fronts or even clean inside the cabinets themselves. Or the light fixtures, or the face plates on half the light switches and electrical outlets or the big clumps of dust and dog hair hanging off the edges of the cabinet bases. In summation! No I'm not satisfied, no I would not recommend and no I definitely won't use them again.

He stood over me and tried to intimidate me. and say I was wrong about their arrival time. He wasn't here, I was. I tried to explain about that to him about how they really took their time - he barked back in an aggressive manor and wouldn't let me speak.. Hundreds of other cleaning services, no need to feel intimidated or overcharge. He charged tax but never showed me an invoice with the tax broken out. Simply horrible and scary to deal with. I paid him exactly what he requested then politely asked him to leave and he wouldn't. This became extremely scary and he continued to argue. Go elsewhere!

However, after weeks of silence, I had to reach out in December, only to be met with excuses. When I expressed concerns and requested a refund if they couldn't start soon, they promised quick action--but nothing happened. Finally, in March 2025, they sent workers for just two days to start digging the leach field. Then, they demanded a second deposit of $10,987.50, threatening to pull their crew off the job if we didn't pay. To protect ourselves, we had Lee sign an agreement that this payment covered the full completion of the job, including: Excavating the disposal field Installing a 1,500-gallon, two-compartment tank Properly abandoning the seepage pits Backfilling, grading, fertilizing, and seeding Fast forward--our septic system is failing, and this delay is costing us $7,500+ per month as we were planning to list the house for sale.
