So if I wrote this review a year ago it would have been 5 stars. I scheduled a cleaning even though I have gutter guards, John suggested once a year to get them cleaned. Last year he cleaned them and even cleared off the leaves from my deck. So last year. Great ......... This year-- the price nearly doubled. A joke to be jkbest. Yes doubled. His crew was on the roof for 6 minutes. It was surreal. I have pictures I took immediately after they left. I mean I get you are not taking off my guards but seriously- leaves are still just sitting there ..... I'm so disappointed. I will never use this company again. I was in the process of restoring my home, had gotten to the point I was ready for the "gutter" portion of the project. After making numerous phone calls to those in the business, waiting at home for some of those individuals to actually keep the confirmed appointment to provide an estimate and never did,.... I was lucky to find John. In contacting John, I knew immediately I had found what I was looking for. When you contact him you'll understand exactly what I'm alluding to. John immediately answered my call, engaging & professionally courteous, explained he was finishing up a project in Little Silver, that he couldn't make the trip to Aberdeen personally but that Warren would be happy to provide the estimate. Warren showed as scheduled, on time and provided me a quote by day's end. The work was scheduled for 3 day's later, John, Warren & the crew showed up as scheduled, on time while taking great care in going over the details for what was covered in the quote process. This was a seamless process as again, Warren provided the estimate & was also on hand as part of the crew, simply put,...flawless execution with no surprises while even being considerate in not destroying the flowers & shrubbery in the process. We recently renovated our entire home and have been dealing with multiple contractors [i.e., construction, electrician, plumber, etc.] & have not had a good experiences with any of them. Along comes John & Warren to install our new gutters, and I have to admit it was the best experience ever! John returned my call same day to get an estimate and his guys were here the following day to give us an estimate which we loved. We set up install date [same week] & they stuck to time even though it was raining], and were in/out in few hours. Besides the price being great and the work be exceptional John actually called me day after install to see if we were happy with his work - which i have never had from any contractors I have dealt with over the years.
