The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. Here is my moving story with this company: I booked my move with America First Moving (John Capella) with a contract for March 17th. I expected a decent truck with skilled movers who would take care of my items. My experience was dismal and nothing in the contract or what was communicated to me has held true. On March 17th, a series of phone calls from movers (Bristol Movers) occurred, stating there was bad weather and that they would be late, which they were at least 6 hours late. I had missed a day of work for this move. I could understand bad weather, stating they were coming from NJ. They reported driving through a "flood" area. Please note - America First Moving is located in FL. Upon arrival, Moustafa (crew head - Bristol Moving , NJ) claimed my items occupied twice the allotted space and wanted to double the cost. They offered to take some of the items. I protested, having signed the contract with American First Moving on March 4. I told them this was an all-or-nothing move. Either they took everything for the quoted price or nothing. After calling their contact, they agreed to take everything. When asking for a date of delivery, Moustafa stated delivery within a week. I flew to GA anticipating delivery - it never comes. Thus starts a series of unsuccessful phone exchanges with Bristol Moving to try and get my items deliverd. When it came to the promises of America First Moving about the care of my items, all lies. Bristol had no boxes for my TVs or art. They wrapped some dirty blankets over my items, except the artwork. The artwork went out in their hands. Please know the art frame alone is worth over $300, a floating glass frame, - very fragile, left me with the mover holding it by the frame loading it on their truck. I hoped for the best. Needless to say, Bristol never arrived with my items. I'm in GA on the second promise of delivery, at the 21st contract day mark. Nothing. Jasmine the supervisor stated they would compensate me for the delay, but had no date of delivery. Now daily calls. I have called America First Moving company who brokered delivery and now Bristol (Nate with Bristol) daily. It must be hard for him to try to keep face with poor business practices. I receive nothing but apologies. I talk with Nate's supervisor, Jasmine, nothing but negative responses from her. I still do not have my items moved. Nate discloses that my items are in storage in NJ and that they have not been able to get my items to me. So disappointed with all of these folks, but I blame America First Moving the most because they sold a good story, backed by a contract, that they then sold to someone else. America First Moving got their payment and now cares nothing about the plight I'm engaged in trying to get my items to their destination. The next movers of Bristol (Moustafa) got their payment as well. No delivery. I have never worked with such unprofessional movers. Never use them, and don't trust them. I have no idea how I will get my items returned or to GA. Don't trust a word John Capella (America First) says. He lied. Nothing he said was true. I now know this. Don't trust anything representatives from Bristol say. They try to get you to do a review before delivery. Don't do that. The completed job is what counts. I can't say what this move is costing me because it is not finished. The initial cost was reasonable, but the bait-and-switch tactics and the failed deliveries have cost me thousands more dollars at this point and I still do not have my items.

Wow, these guys are true professionals. We recently purchased an old home that passed inspection…read more We had Ben Grano come in based on a referral from a friend for an estimate on concrete work. He immediately noted issues in the basement that the previous owner covered up with lots of Drylock paint that were not caught by the home inspector. He recommended replacing some columns under the main beam as well as adding in three pilaster columns to support the main beam and the walls after he noted cracking in the concrete blocks. We also decided to do a french drain at the same time. Ben gave us a written estimate that was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. On the first day of the job, Gene Grano arrived with the crew and emptied our basement before setting up, covering anything left there and laying down plywood in our driveway and on the grass. Once the crew started breaking the floor near the walls, they found that our home had no footing and the walls were built right on top of the dirt. The central columns were also laying on top of the floor with no footings. Ben and Gene explained everything to us and went over options. We were very upset about the situation but they reassured us and went over the game plan. The crew was awesome. They worked nonstop Monday through Saturday and were very polite and professional. The entire job was complete in just under three weeks and we are incredibly happy with the outcome and we know that the job was done right and our home will be safe and secure for years to come. Every part of the job was explained and shown to us. The crew did a great job cleaning up every day. We could not be more happy with Mario Grano And Sons LLC and are happy to refer them to anyone. We also look forward to having them back next year to redo our concrete patio.

His crew is very punctual, on time every morning, and clean the work area every evening to make it safe to walk on or across while the cement cures. We needed our whole front porch replaced due to it sinking and separating from the house. We had them install a nice size patio and sidewalk, pitched away from house, to keep the ground water away from foundation. While they were at it, we had them redirect our gutter downspouts directly to the street. Will be calling them back for a driveway update soon.

His team always does a wonderful job maintaining my property. In the fall they help clean up all the leaves and small sticks that fall. In the spring and summer they do an excellent job mowing and keeping the lawn tidy. I just recently had Sami and his team remove some trees from our property and they did an amazing job!! It looks so good and I feel so safe now! They also repaired our fence that got damaged during a storm and helped remove some old concrete pavement that was in our yard.
