I spoke with Max, the manager, and explained the issue, knowing full well it had been months since I purchased these but it's a new home for us and too many other projects needed to be done on the house before putting these up. Max asked me to send him a photo, which I did, and said he would call the manufacturer and get back to me. To my sheer delight, I received an email from Max stating the new glass is being sent today. Wow! What fantastic customer service. It isn't often this kind of service is extended to the customer after so many months and I GREATLY appreciate it!
