I have used Andrew, the owner of integrity electrical company twice in the past two years. I had a situation that the electric company was installing smart meters and when they came to my house, they told me my outside electric box was rusted and needed to be replaced. I immediately called Andrew and sent him pictures of the box outside. He asked me to take pictures of the inside electric panel, which he has seen last year and the year before when he performed work in my house. In fact, last year he added a breaker and entire circuit dedicated to my new microwave so he was very familiar with my electric service. He gave me a quote of $3600 to repair the outside box and he told me I had to totally redo my electrical system in my house. I had four electricians here including someone from the town and every single person said that was ridiculous and I did not need to change my entire electric system. I don't know what has happened to Andrew and his company over the past year but I have to warn you he is a total rip off and I would never recommend him again nor would I use him. The quote I got from a local established reliable electrician to change the outside box with $600. That was pure greed and a con job from Andrew the owner of integrity electric and I am so disappointed because I have been a loyal customer. read more

The first time I used them they were prompt , pleasant , and efficient and easy to work with. However they kept saying it was most likely a short in an outlet so they changed and checked outlets and switches. What they diagnosed didn't seem logical. One of many symptoms was if you turned on the stove the dishwasher would come on.The electric stove was only half power. Didn't fix the problem and I didn't know what to do. Three weeks later every thing started working perfect. Two years later it came back even worse. I decided that the main board needed replacement. I called ( after waiting for him to return from vacation) and he asked for a photo of the main board which I sent asap Two days no reply so I texted him. No reply. No reply ever. If the job isn't big enough to warrant your interest that is fine but call back and say it's to hard or your too busy.Tell be to go look for another electrician. No problem and no bad feelings. Just don't leave a interested customer in limbo . Is he going to call? Should I wait longer? How many stars do you give an electrian that doesn't call back? read more

We recently had renovation work done on our Bradley Beach home and our contractor subbed out the electric work to Integrity Electrical Contracting. We're glad he did. Andrew and his crew did a great job. When it was time to do the rough electric Andrew suggested we walk through the house and he made great suggestions involving modifications to the Architect's plans. We're happy with his input. He responded to our calls and emails quickly. All his crew members were very neat workers. When it was time for the final inspection a member of his crew was there to walk through with the inspector. After the electrical work was essentially complete our chandelier arrived and he came back and took the time to hang it to our satisfaction. We had a great experience using Integrity. I called these guys after getting an outrageously overpriced estimate from one of the large NJ electrical/plumbing chains. They are local, so I figured I'd give them a try. After I described the work I needed done, Andrew gave me an estimate over the phone, which was nice because the other company charged me $30 to give their overpriced estimate (lesson learned).
