He has updated every bit of electrical everything inside and outside of the house. He is friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. I always feel so much safer after Ron has completed a project for us. He has really helped us to update the appearance of our house installing modern lighting in our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and on our deck outside. He took care of plugs that needed updated and when we had a home inspection done and there were electrical issues that needed addressed, he came and took care of all of it for us. Ron has moved to a new neighborhood but he has continued to provide reliable service to us. We are now selling our house and not getting to hire Ron is one of the saddest parts of moving for me. He said that since it was such a small visit, he would do it in the morning or afternoon. Since we had other contractors coming in the morning, we chose 3:30. 3:30 came and went, with no call from them. I called them at 4:00 to ask where they were, but it went to voicemail and I left a message. Since we had to drive up to MA, I called and left another voicemail at 4:15 saying we would need to reschedule, since it was clear he wasn't showing up. It's been a week later, and have not heard form him at all. At least give me a courtesy of calling to cancel!

The Kohler generator was delivered after we paid 60% of the contract price, which we did. It sat on our front lawn, anyone could have taken it, for over one month. Apparently, it was NOT ordered from Kohler but a secondary distributor, who dropped it there and left it. We finally got North Point to move it to the side of our home after two months. After this debacle, and even though, we were told the generator will be in in two weeks, there was manipulated delay each step of the way. Ultimately, we had to hire a 'certified kohler dealer' who is NOT North Point, to remedy their mess. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Unfortunately, we have heard there are lawsuits pending. They made fewer and smaller holes in my ceiling to install recess lights than expected and were very helpful in explaining what they were doing. Moreover, they went beyond what I would expect from any electrician. A few days later I realized I needed one other small item done that was not mentioned during their first visit, or included in my quote. They came out the next day and made the adjustment for free.
