The warned both my husband & I about the holes left in the floor, to make sure we were careful and didn't fall into any openings! I was also going to get recess lighting after speaking to pleasant woman who I set this appt with but now I would never use them for anything else. And advise you not to either

Outdoor power was caused by a RFI tripped in a plug "hidden" in a closet. John knew the problem & did not give up. Finally "found" the plug and reset the RFI. After 7 attempts to fix the unit, The owner Scott has stopped responding along with the office Joe, Megan, Caitlin not returning phone calls or emails And canceling appointments or not showing up to scheduled appointments. Manufacturer states its Longs responsibility to fix unit but after 7 attempts they have left it in the same if not worse condition, recharged 5 times and continuously leaking, running and not making temperature. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Zero customer service, defective unit and the owner is no longer responding along with Joe the manager.
