All of this was done in 2 1/2 days with no complications. A dear friend of mine used them and noted that the work he needed done was done more cheaply than he thought would be needed and he is knowledgable about electrical work. He recommended them to me based on their honesty and good work. This firm is well deserving of your consideration.

The job was…read moredone well, in a reasonable amount of time...But they left over 20 bags of debris in the apartment! Unbelievable. I called to ask about getting the debris removed, and Frank said that they do not remove debris! What contractor leaves all of their debris on the job-site? Extremely unprofessional. He did not even offer to remove the debris for an extra charge, he just said that they do not take away their garbage. I have hired many contractors and been hired as a contractor, and I can tell you that this is unheard of. Even the super could not believe that they refused to remove their debris. Maybe they would be OK for a small job, but I would never recommend them for any type of larger job.

We are under an annual service contract where they come 2x's per year. Technicians and electricians are courteous and professional and don't pressure you to perform extra services. And one advantage to having a service contract is that in an emergency you get priority treatment. We have had one AC emergency in five years and received a repair within 24 hours. We also contracted with Pezz to install a whole house humidifier, a whole house surge suppressor, several lighting fixtures and exhaust fans and they replaced all of our interior switches and receptacles in our 30 year old house. The prices they charge are fair and competitive. We have been very happy with their services.
