James and Daniel came to do the work, they were neat, quiet, respectful of their language which is rare these days. I've had no issues with any of the work done by On Site, and James even reached out about 2 months later to find out if we have had ANY issues from our master remote to the automation controller/ thermostat. If I built another home, On Site would be my first call for any alarm or media / smart home needs.

Vinnie is THE BEST. His side-kick Dominic rocks. After a recent move to a unit in a hi-rise…read morecondominium, we found that narrow ceiling spaces, crazy wiring seemingly impossible to follow, old and new audio equipment, and weird modem placement made for a very challenging set of tasks. Vinnie is an ace detective, trouble-shooter, and problem-solver up on all the latest technology. We now have a fabulous audio system -- and lessons so we can enjoy it using our wifi, ceiling lights that finally allow us to read newspapers and books or become dim for company-ready ambience, and our modem is in an office, where it belongs. I heartily recommend using Vincenzo Home Technologies for their keen expertise, honesty, promptness, helpfulness above and beyond, and for being so darn nice and down-to-earth.

I had requested a flat screen TV mount for a 70" TV with in-wall wire concealment. After some discussion, Rob advised that we should do relocation of the power outlet behind the TV mount to remain fire code friendly, so we had them complete that work as well, & it was done very well. Rob & team were effective & I ended up opting to have more work done in the house including terminating CAT6 ethernet drops throughout the home & Rob was able to test, tone, & punch down all the CAT6 drops without issue. They also did cable management of one of the CAT6 drops to my TV mount location with discreet wire covers adhered to the wall. All told, everything came out looking neat & clean, was zip-tied professionally & all the cable terminations appear to be properly done as well. Will DEFINITELY go back to Rob's Installations in the future for all my TV mounting and/or home networking needs. Strongly recommended

In a time of rotten customer service I salute this fine organization. It is sometimes hard to take a step back from life and see what is truly good. I had a chance to do that today and one of the things I am grateful for is this company.
