They checked the codes here for the design. They may have been in business for 21 years but like a local surgeon stated " you're only as good as your last case. That rank a zero.

Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement. Exact did my install over two years ago and can't tell you how happy I am that I chose them for my solar system. FIRST CLASS!!!!

When I call back today, 12/29 I was told the girl that schedules repairs is on vacation. Spruce Power does not install solar panels, so now I have to get someone to take the panels down. Many companies will not touch the panels because they don't want to be liable for panels that are not theirs. I would take the panels down myself to get my roof replaced, but under Spruce Power guidelines that is not allowed and only a certified electrician can do that. After dealing with this nonsense, I decided to take a real hard look at my electric bill and discover I am not saving a thing with the solar panels. What a rip off that I have to deal with until I can pay off the panels or my contract runs out.
