After 8 days and no call from them, I called on a Friday and was told that they had been there for 2 days and could be picked up. I asked why I wasn't contacted and was told "we don't do that". Horrible customer service. I checked the website for their hours of operation and saw that they were open on Saturday. I went on Saturday and the parts counter was closed but the showroom was open. I entered the showroom and asked the sales person if I could pick up my items. He told me no, the items had to be picked up at the counter. When I asked why there is no info on the websi about the parts counter being closed, he told me that they were trying to update the website for months but still hadn't done so.

So cutting to the chase, our counters look great. We required two slabs and they promised the seam would be clean, and indeed it is beautiful. You have to damn near search to find it. They also threw in a matching cutting board salvaged from the sink cutout. That was a nice touch. If I had to offer constructive criticism it would be this. They didnt mount my dishwasher to the counter bc they said my space was 24.5" and they only had a 24" bracket. They didn't mention it and I had to notice and inquire later. Would've been nice if they'd spec'ed that out beforehand; I would've found something custom myself if need be. So consider that. Lastly, the counter came in a few weeks after they guesstimated, but in fairness, I never called and harangued them about deadlines etc bc I wasn't ready for the counter anyhow. So I left the timing to the gods and it all worked out. The dishwasher thing really is enough to knock this down a star or two (bc now I have to figure out a solution). But their customer service and otherwise attentiveness was such a pleasure, and the counters really do look amazing, so gonna say we're overall very satisfied. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Danny and Erika.

Shed was built excellently and specs were correct. The gentleman that delivered the shed was extremely professional and hardworking, However, the shed was damaged in transit, a roof shingle blew off, it was also damaged while being moved into the yard. There is a large deep scratch across both front doors. The gentleman that delivered the shed documented the damage with photos. It was also written on the delivery receipt. I called Paul, one of the owners, that day and spoke with him about it and was assured it would be taken care of. That never happened. None of this was ever addressed, in fact it was ignored and I have a shed that I paid full price for that has a missing roof shingle and deeply scratched doors. Outside of that, I must say...The shed is built very well and if you don't have any issues you will be happy. My experience though is if there's issues or damage... do not expect any after sale support. It's a shame because if I'm in the market for a shed again this will definitely factor into my purchasing decision. I'm still irritated every time I put my key in the door and see that deep scratch across the bottom of both doors and the missing roof shingle.
