brand new Weber Spirit Grill by curbside pickup?

Just did our curbside pickup for a brand new Weber Spirit Grill. We had no idea it would be fully assembled-we didn't have a vehicle to support that. We had concerns that we had paid full price for a floor model, but were assured that "this is how they come". We had to take parts off to get it in our SUV. We get home to realize that it is dusty, dirty and has bird poop on it. We are unhappy that we didn't at least get a floor model discount. The order was placed online for curbside pick-up. I contacted CS by text and she said that: "Because these orders are placed through the store with the store's inventory I am unable to make any changes to the order on my end. The only way a markdown or return can be made on these types of orders is through the store. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."

Spent over 50k here. Nobody ever around to help. Things are always placed in wrong sections. God forbid any higher ups come and help! There worried about me not having reciepts because i have 100's and dont have time to sort them out. Im one of the best customers this place has. They accused me of stealing a trailer because there idiot employee didnt check it in. This place def needs ro tighten up. Nobody knows anything. These pics were taken at 830am and not a soul in sight. Hate to saw the L word. But if this place doesnt change. Im Going to LOWES across the st. They dont even check returns. Iv bought multiple things that werw used. Burnt out bulbs, lights with no fixtures inside etc. very disapointed. The pro team is a joke!

Looks new to me...

Needed a root tiller for a Couple jobs around the house, bought a ryobi because of the reviews and price, got home to find the tiller covered in dirt and rust! Found the recite from the previous owner in the box!!! Called them up and said well if the box is tapped up we don't check the contents and put it back on the shelf!?! Seriously! Also due to covid they should to see if the product was used and sanitize before putting back on the shelf... guess they hire anyone theses days... will not be back and taking my company's future purchases to Lowe's.. wish I could give zero stars

Two months ago I would have rated them a 5 because I bought several appliances--dishwasher, stove,…read moreetc.--and always had great service. HOWEVER, be warned that they do not stand behind their products. I recently bought a washer-dryer set. The dryer never worked. They came and replaced the circuit board. Still didn't work. They said we needed to check our electricity. We did. All fine. They said they needed to contact the company (LG) and that the company needed THREE VISITS before they would replace it! We are now FIVE WEEKS without a dryer, and they are telling us we have to wait for the company (LG). All of our requests for just sending a replacement for the lemon have gone unheeded. When we call Gerhard's, they just shrug. When we call the company, they either don't get back to us or set up a call and then don't class. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We thought Gerhard's was a reputable, reliable, and honest company. IT IS NOT. Everything is fine until there is a problem. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

We loved Gerhard's when we bought all our appliances from them in 2011. What happened to this…read morecompany? Since then, all our interaction had been lukewarm at best. I was supposed to get a dishwasher installed today. Once they unwrapped it, it was damaged, I was told. No idea how it was not obvious from the packaging, or when it was damaged. So now I need to wait for another delivery date. Also was told to call a plumber to fix the water line. Had to ask what exactly needs to be done. Which appears can be remedied with a $10 fitting. Delivery person was not kind, or polite. Given the age of the appliances, there will be more that need replacing in the next few years. Gerhard's will not be my choice for it. Sad to see a formerly good company go downhill like this.

They were very patient with my hectic schedule, including when bus delays held me up coming from where I work, and left me with vital knowledge (I knew there were issues with the vents, but not that it was a total blockage and that the hose had burst in two places - this is a building management issue and a fire hazard). Now, the dryer works very well and once the battle with building management is over, the dryer will be a breeze to use, instead of acting as if a small breeze could dry my clothes. The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. Because of how responsibly they handled the situation, I would highly recommend their services.
