They aren't always friendly, but generally helpful, but my last visit took the cake! The owner treated me so rudely that I still can't get over it! First, when I said I knew where to find what I needed, he told me harshly "to stand there and don't move". When I followed him to say I needed something else too, he yelled, "I told you to wait there!" Then, when I was paying at check out, he came back and told me "stop talking to my staff and let them do their work". So, after I paid and was walking out the door I said to the person entering, "Watch out someone is in a bad mood today"; and then the owner really yelled at me. I'm 72, a woman, and he's a BULLY! We were fortunate to purchase on the day they were offering 25% off installation so we purchased that as well. NHS Installation Solutions was the group who performed the pickup/delivery, installation and old toilet removal. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Great job. The only thing that was a bit cumbersome was getting my Lowes account set up. Apparently I can't use my old account and therefore my Lowes money is gone. I did set up a new account. I had to provide my address, phone number and email 6 times before it was accepted by their system. The overall cost for the toilet and installation I thought was quite reasonable. He could tell moments after (probably between plays) that I was annoyed and asked if I wanted to switch cans, but I was so exhausted and frustrated that he cared more about the game than his customer, I just left. The discount didn't matter, what mattered was that he didn't care enough to pay attention when he was needed. Hope the stupid game (yeah, I said it) was worth losing a customer.
