My husband and I went yesterday to try to look at some floor tile. We asked for some help and the very nice woman on the register kept calling for help. But no one ever came. We waited a half hour and still no help. The woman explained no one was answering her calls. There was a woman at the design desk helping someone else. This is our go to store for flooring and materials. They have a phenomenal selection and professionals working here that really know their stuff. The prices cannot be beat and you buy everything by the piece so whatever you don't use you can return. You can also take home free samples of anything you want. There is also a designer/decorator on staff that can help you with selections and colors and there's no charge! Floor & Decor is one of the newer stores in the area. As you can tell by the name, the main product they are pushing is flooring. They have everything from glass tile to hard wood. If you're looking for flooring or tiling, this is the place to go. The selection is huge and the prices are competitive. The staff is hit or miss in my handful of visits. Some are super helpful and willing to walk you around while others don't want to be bothered. Two other notes: 1. The store also offers tiling and flooring classes for free on the weekends. 2. Make sure to give your phone number when you check out- they'll be able to track your purchases through your number and even help you make returns without a receipt. read more

I am a contractor and this store has the worst Pro Desk of any supplier. Can never find anyone working the pro desk when someone is to be there. Recently myself and two other contractors stood by the desk discussing how this is a constant problem. If the employee is on break someone else should cover. 3 times I asked another employee for assistance and they called someone on their portable radio. Sky is THE BEST! After coming from a big box store who basically ignored me as I was getting a quote on a big flooring job, I had just about lost hope. Then I met Sky. She took me around the store describing the different floors and let me take a sample home to see how it looked. Today she sat with me to make sure everything will go right with my install. She made calls to get the exact things I needed. She is kind, sweet, smiles often, and knows her stuff! read more

Happened across this place when looking for flooring during my home renovation. I was overwhelmed....in a good way. I found it hard to choose because the selections are numerous. I would advise, if you are looking for flooring, it will be a little easier if you have an idea of what you want before coming in. I purchased 900 square feet of bamboo flooring, and the cost was great. However when I came to return what I did not use, I was told after processing the return, that because the amount was over $200 I could not get a cash refund, which is how I paid for it. They said that "they don't keep that kind of money on the store" What??? The day I purchased my flooring, I paid easily $3000 cash for my floor and people were in line, some doing the same. I asked for a manager and was told no one was working. I asked if I had returned the flooring in two transactions could I get the money back, and was told yes, but they would not accommodate that. There is a sign by each cashier that states "your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase" ...not true. I left angry! I would buy from them again but, I would definitely handle any returns in a different way. However, I think their prices are great and competitive. Customer service, not so much. I definitely would have come earlier in the day when the "big managers" are working. Fast forward to today, I have been in line behind 2 other people all of us have one sample. Both cashiers are dealing with some issue and I guess they feel like it's just too easy to open up the other register to check us out. SMH. Again, it won't stop me from taking advantage of their products and prices, but I would advise to plan on being here for a while. Actually I have been in line longer than I was shopping. read more

This place just opened over the weekend and it's AWESOME. Very Very Impressed!!! Pros: the materials are ready for you to pick up that day. No need to special order, wait, come back. the prices are reasonable. they have everything you need. the staff is really nice and helpful. Cons: the lady in the bathroom was cleaning her son's tush over the public sink. how rude and disgusting. one of the guy's in the customer service pick up section was rude. other then that, we were able to pick up our kitchen tile and bathroom floors out within an hour. read more

the place is the most unorganized business you could possibly deal with. I ordered tile and said same day pick up if ordered before 2:00. I called and said that I wanted to pick up next day and they said no problem overnight will have it picked. I called over 20 times before I drove an hour away, however no answer all day. I drove there to be told it wasn't picked and that I couldn't pick it myself. this has happened 5 times in the past which is why I called all day this time. read more

Flooring is nice and prices are great. Customer service is terrible. I ordered a special order floor. My husband picked it up at the Moorestown store, drove it 1.5 hrs away, put it all in the condo, only to find that they gave us someone else's order. Took it all back to the store and found out that we could not lay the floor the way we wanted to (I wish the salesman that sold us the floor originally would have told us that!) so we had to order the same floor but a different type. I have now been waiting 2.5 weeks (was told the order would be in in two weeks). I have called the shipping department literally 25 times and there is never any answer to at least get an update on my order. Was it even placed?? This is holding my contractors up for my kitchen reno. Really disappointed in the customer service here. read more

Purchased almost $3000 of product. Was given a two week wait for delivery due to special order items (reducer and stair nose). Paid the $150 delivery as well as the $20 for freight due to special order items. Flooring was delivered on the 14th day, great. Special order items were missing. Called the store many times and finally got someone to answer on the 6th try and found the reducers were in but were never picked for delivery. They will fed ex these, great. Was then told stair nose will be "up to three months" for delivery. Like it's no big deal. I was told two weeks at purchase and they stated this was incorrect, it's always three months...but could be sooner. Who knows??? Offered no other option than transporting a pallet of product to their store for a refund. I have a contractor coming in a week. Called other F&D stores I found could have the product online. One stated they didn't have, another in Florida had be on hold for 45 mins before I hung up, called back and they said they would look and get back to me. Never heard back. I called corporate who asked if the store looked for the other stores as they should do this. I explained I was never given that option but I had called other stores myself but got no where. Corporate connected me with a manager who told me the same. Three months. If it comes sooner, they said I can drive to their store and pick up (again, I paid $170 for shipping). At this point I have a contractor coming in a week and will have unfinished floors with a toddler which is a safety concern. I was offered nothing but "I'm sorry your frustrated". I will have to pay the contractor to return to finish the job. Horrible customer service. No offer to remove a charge for the delayed piece or understanding that their mistake is costing us money. When we redo the floors on our upper story, we will not be using this business. Do not trust the timeframes they give you. The inventory numbers shown online are not accurate. I gavetwo stars because the floors seem nice in the box and ya know, we got the floor part. Update: I was shipped two of my three special order items. Was told the third will be received on 8/20 at which point I will receive a call to arrange delivery and allegedly speak to a manager.no call came. I called on 8/21. Took 6 times to get through to a person (they don't answer the phone at this location apparently. It has happened every time). I was disconnected and hung up on twice. Finally got someone in the warehouse who will overnight the piece which was received to me and text me the tracking number. Waited the whole day. No tracking number. I want this number because I don't trust a thing they say. I called to ask for the number, was put on hold for 20 minutes and then they disconnected the call. I can not communicate how done with this company I am. This store has no desire to have any sort of customer service . I just want the piece so I never have to think about Floor and Decor again. Use at your own risk. Seriously. Update #2: store manager reached out and apologized for the issue. He indicated it appeared to be a miscommunication and he will address it. He appeared sincere about the issues I had and ended up refunding me for the special order pieces. I appreciated the call so that's redeeming. Hopefully they work on adequately communicating timeframes for future Customers. read more

Really unfortunate experience attempting to make in store purchase for flooring. After paying for the flooring I waited for over an hour to receive it, but then found out it was not actually available. If that wasn't frustrating enough on it's own 'm still waiting on a refund. They initiated a refund or so they claim, but after 2 weeks no refund has posted to my account. They blame it on the card company but it seems dubious. In my 40 years of using credit cards I have never seen a refund take this long. Corporate office in Atlanta is impossible to contact. They have an automated phone service as do many companies, but with a perpetual hold as if no one is actually there, like a black hole. I have yet to talk with a human after many long waits on hold. It's really a shame since I have started doing a lot of rehabbing and have purchased a fair amount from them over the past 2 years, but I can longer trust them. Proceed with caution. I'm holding out hope I will see my refund and hope I don't have to take legal action. read more

I recently bought hardwood for my bedrooms. My whole experience was amazing. A big shoutout for Jonathan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!! He assisted me in picking up the quarter round, stair tread and risers. He went all the way out by assist me in loading the products into my SUV. Sometimes big box stores like Floor & Decor can be overwhelming, but not if you are lucky enough to find yourself there when Andree is on duty to help you. She is wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgeable about all the different products offered at Floor & Decor and a talented designer as well. She turned the nightmare of choosing wall, floor and accent tile for a bathroom in to a pleasant dream. If you are clueless about how to select tile I totally suggest you ask for her help. She doesn't work on commission, however she put as much time and effort in to my needs as if she were. I am going back to buy bedroom flooring soon ... Spent thousands of dollars at F and D on Tile and Flooring in the past year. Was told by the salesperson they would take back extra tiles if I bought too much. Was back in the store two weeks ago and bought $1100 in LVT for my daughters house. In the end I had 4 boxes of tile left over (worth $240). I needed to buy all the backsplashes so packed up the 4 boxes to first get a store credit toward probably $2000 in backsplashes. Was told the return policy was 90 days and was told (verbally by the clerk) that I was flagged in the computer for possible FRAUD for trying to return the tiles when I didn't have a receipt. (I used a credit card, and they found the transaction in the computer) Spoke with the store manager and he would not accept the tiles, even for credit. I won't spend another cent at F and D. Lousy policy, accused me of Fraud, and totally embarrassed me in front of other customers. Never again. I highly recommend going to another store for tiles and floors. Lousy customer service, openly accused me of Fraud, and didn't keep their word that they would take back extra tiles. read more

She spent over 1.5 hrs with us. Gave great suggestions. She truly is a designer. Plus no cost for her experience and design. I have to say I have had a great experience so far! Everyone in the store is very nice and helpful! I am remodeling my bathroom and I needed help with styles and colors. I met with Brandi Flynn and explained what I like and what I don't like. She helped me mix and match different options while teaching me everything I needed to know. She incorporated my tastes with styles that work and helped open my eyes to ideas I hadn't even considered! And the price was right too! Brandi helped me stay within my budget while coming up with a really cool look! I can't wait to get this all installed! It was a lot of fun going through the process, and I walked away from our meeting feeling encouraged instead of frustrated (as I did with some other places). She even taught me about Schluter!
