We went to At Home recently when looking for furniture in the area. I had never heard of this store or been inside and was pleasantly surprised! They have an extensive selection of all types of furniture, decor, and holiday decorations! We were able to find a nice storage cabinet for our dining room at a very reasonable price. They had lots of other furniture as well, but had low stock of some items. They had tons of holiday decorations at great prices as well! I will definitely be back to buy some decor for our home for the holidays! read more

I wouldn't recommend this location. They aren't helpful at all. Received horrible customer service from Tyler who gave me the wrong information and did not seemed wanting to help. Called to speak with the GM Sam to complain about my experience at the store and when I called the person who answered said he stepped out for a "breather". I called back a little later, allowing him time to breath and then was told he was busy but would give me a call but then never called me back. I won't visit this location and definitely don't recommend it. read more

I just wanted to exchange the exact pillow for a different color. Associate returns it, I go get the other color, she rings me up and the price is double. I said, "those were on sale." She said, "that sale stopped yesterday." Me, "I wanted to exchange these, why can't I have the sale price?" Her: "it's a different item number." Me, "then why do you have an 'exchange' policy?!?!? Who buys something and exchanges for the same thing?" Needless to say, they can shove those pillows right up their.... urm.... shelves. I didn't buy them. read more

Kinda shocked this place has bad reviews! I've been to this place several times, and always loved it. They have so much to choose from, a huge selection and good prices. There were MANY empty shelfs but I assume due to season change and/or covid. I do love that they have a price scanner so I can see how much things cost. I'm a huge fan of At Home. When they first opened in 2017 at this Cherry Hill location, I decided to get my Christmas tree from here and it was for a great deal. When I got the sucker home and up, the middle section of lights weren't working. I gave a call and they told me to bring it in to exchange. I walked in, a gentleman told me to put the tree box down, right near the door. He grabbed me a new one and told me to have a fantastic night. No waiting in line, no lugging around my new tree. I was a forever customer after that phenomenal service. They have everything! I love all the art work and mirrors to the bins and closet solutions. There are candles as far as the eye can see, pillows and faux plants. You can walk in and literally find a gift for anyone on your list and something beautiful to decorate your home with. Prices are comparable to other home goods stores I go. Check out lines are quick too. read more

I lived right around the corner when this store opened. It's great for everything home related and has so much selection. It'll take you a few hours to go through all the aisles in the store. They also have seasonal aisles so it's always good to stop by and check out what they may have. I recently brought a house so this store is gold for me especially with all the options. There's like 5 aisles of just by color throw pillows. They also usually have some type of sale item for a week which they post on their website as well. Overall, what you pay for is what you get. The quality for the items are not bad at all and the price is not super cheap but it's a lot cheaper than some other places. If you are looking at redecorating or moving into somewhere new I would definitely recommend checking it out. They also offer military discount and returns are super easy! read more

Sooooo....we've heard all the hype surrounding At Home for awhile. They did a great job at advertising and now they're finally open! Verdict? It's good! Not sure it's as incredible as I had anticipated however.... The place is huge! It's pretty much a warehouse. Mom and I both agreed the quality on some items isn't as good as you would find in Home Goods. The advantage it has over Home Goods however, is the ability to come back for an item you're unsure about as they have many in stock where at Home Goods it's usually a one of a kind type of deal. Depends on your personal style for this concept. Before the holidays almost half the inventory was Christmas decorations. They had such a wide variety of faux trees from colored table top to pre-lit ...even a fun rainbow one and an upside down tree I had never seen before. Their ornament selection was extremely vast, as were their Nutcrackers which I collect and appreciated seeing! Definitely come here to trim your tree! The ornaments were separated by color and style. This was by far the busiest section of the store early November. As for the everyday items... -The pillows were ok. I've actually found a few similar ones slightly cheaper at Home Goods. $9.99 compared to $14.99 -Artwork. They have tons of canvases with cute sayings and some more playful art. Again, lots in stock versus one of each kind like you would find at Home Goods. No gorgeous framed paintings that we saw. -Chairs. They had a nice variety from modern to farmhouse and mid century modern! I found a few similar to the ones I've been looking for! Decent prices on these! -Tables. Tons of end tables!! Saw a few funky unique ones we liked a lot as well as some very reasonably priced dining room tables. -Rugs. Lots of them at great prices. No really large ones and they weren't quite my style here. -Kitchen gadgets. They definitely rule this department! I fell in love with some copper handle pieces. I do like the fact that I can keep coming back and picking up a few for my collection as needed. -Plastic Ware. This is going to be a great place to come for party hosting. Lots of fun paper napkin, disposable plastic plates and even paper chargers! -Storage. Great selection! From wire baskets to wicker, to glass and plastic containers! Great place for those organizing! Hello New Years resolutions! I feel At Home is going have a slightly different clientele than Home Goods. It's not going to replace it for me, but I will visit in addition. I'm unsure if I'll be headed barn strictly for a trip here, but I will certainly add it to my agenda when I visit the mall and do my Jersey shopping runs. I am interested in heading back after the holidays to see what goods they replace the Christmas decor with. And I know it's not necessarily fair to compare to Home Goods, but I can't help it. I think they have the most overpriced, yet lowest quality home goods I've ever seen in my life. You know, one of those Kohl's type deals where you think, this $250 thing should be $100 bucks. Just without the coupons. Ever. So it's $20 for a $5 pillow. It's honestly a little mind-boggling who likes this store. Think HomeGoods with Ross quality, scratch that, Gabe's quality, scratch that, Hobby Lobby quality, nah....Walmart quality. I had to buy a table and cabinet here because I couldn't find one to match anything else and I literally carried them both out at once. They were maybe 45 lbs of glued wood. At Home is the newest chain store to make it's debut in Cherry Hill, and I've welcomed it with open arms and an open wallet. Located where the old Pathmark used to be, this place is HUGE. The best way to explain it to someone who hasn't been yet; a cross between HomeGoods, HomeDepot & Ikea. If you're looking for something in your home, this is the place to go. We're talking 10 aisles of pillows, endless artwork, lamps on lamps, and everything else you could want. Some of the pricing is spot on and totally affordable, while some of the other pricing seems off. I'm hoping they'll add a clearance section soon. Totally worth checking out! read more

Do they have cool stuff ? Yes. All the furniture is damaged. It's like home goods meets target. But there customer service is terrible. One time in there they accused me of lying about a price. I went and found another and proved it was ten dollars less. Then the girl proceeded to talk about me like I wasn't there. I bought some holiday decorations for my work and I used a coupon. I had to return 1/2 of it and get other stuff so it worked. They wouldn't honor the coupon ? I actually bought more then I returned. I will never go back in there. Oh did I mention a lady was buying 4 barstools next register. One of them had a scratch and they gave her 25% off all of them!!!! The cashier asked the manager. Just the one with the scratch? This kind of store is why every home in suburbia is crammed with Too. Much. Stuff. Because there is so much in here that I WANT but don't NEED. OK, I came in on an exploratory tour, having just moved cross country and hanging out in limbo until I can move into my new place in a few months. I have a list of items that I do need by then, so why not pop in here and see if anything I do need is here. Well yeah, and about 394 options for each thing too. It can be a bit overwhelming. Furniture looked ok, but wouldn't expect any showcase items or things that in 100 years will be on Antiques Roadshow worth a million dollars. But for basic home decorations and housewares, they have good stuff. I was particularly impressed with their rug choices. Quite a few and in many different sizes. Glad that something is back at this location (old Pathmark) but not sure how often we'd shop here. They have a big variety, especially of things you might not find at other stores (5 aisles of mirrors for instance). Kind of like if Home Depot, Pier 1, and Christmas Tree Shops had a baby. Prices were high on some things but seemed reasonable for others. Would seem to be a great starting point if you were looking to furnish/add to furnishings for a new home/apartment. First time here and it was an amazing place. I call it home goods on steroids. I didn't have enough time to really go aisle by aisle but will be back again soon. I'm walking in the store and I pass by another first time shopper, she stops me with the same reaction, "this place is absolutely amazing!" It's much more organized than Burlington Coat Factory or Homegoods and there's a price check scanner just about every other aisle. Everything is reasonably priced too! This store is awful . Purchased a small round accent table for my daughters bedroom . Found one that I thought she might like . I had a birthday 20 % code that I got thru the mail so I bought it at a fair price because I felt like it was overpriced without the discount. So next day my daughter said it was too small and that she wanted a higher table next to her bed . So Me and her took it back and for a refund . I had the receipt but they asked me for my phone number anyway which I gave them. I told the cashier we we're gonna shop for another table . This is when it got strange . I said I'm gonna still get 20% off the next table I buy today , she replied , no you used it already . I said I did but I returned it , but I'm gonna buy another oneToday . Sorry it's gone , once you use it . I said I'd like yo speak to a manger . Stood there for awhile , then the lady at the next register comes over after being called , I explain to her very nicely, which was hard at this point because I was pissed . She explains again that its gone , you used it . They can't get it back . I said you don't have anyway to override the system and put in 20% off an item ?? No we can't . I never heard of such a thing on my life . I told her you just lost a customer for life and I will never be back to this store . Horrible customer service . Think of At Home like IKEA meets Home Goods. This place is huge! I swear if you don't go here with a game plan be prepared to drop $$$. You'll buy a little bit of this and a little bit of that as you walk through every single aisle. The warehouse (as i should call it) is broken down into sections: rugs, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, accent pieces, wall decor etc. etc. I must say i was really impressed by their rug selections. It's funny as the other reviewers mentioned you will make eye contact with another customer and you both are literally thinking the same thing, "this place is huge and it can be overwhelming!" Whether you're looking for things for your home, or for a gift for a friend this place doesn't disappoint. They have a rewards program where you get a coupon when you sign up and a discount/coupon for your birthday. Get out those wallets people you won't be disappointed! read more

We wanted to use the curbside drop-off option. The site said to describe your vehicle and where we are parked. We parked in the first spot to the left of the entrance. I waited for a while and eventually opened my trunk and sat on the bumper. When the manager came out he reprimanded me for parking in a spot and not on the curb that says "no parking". He said "It's called curbside pickup, not parking lot pickup." I said please don't argue with me. Every store says curbside, but they make you park in the lot. I called the store to get his info for a complaint. He picked up the phone, said he was the manager and that he doesn't have to tell me anything. You need to be more specific on your site to explain where to pickup for curbside, and that manager needs to be taught how to interact with customers better. read more

I visit this store on a few occasions, particularly during there grand opening and there was not one person to greet you nor any managers, and no one to even ask a question on the floor, I have never seen that in a store. They have a nice selection of merchandise but very over priced. I do agree with the gentleman's previous comment there is no salespersons on the floor to help you, and when I did need help I had to all the way to a cashier--the only employees in the store, and the persony barely answer my question and act as though they really didn't want to help me.....unbelievable!! I won't be visiting this store to much. I really hope the owners or managers are reading these reviews and make some changes. I hate to say but I really don't see this store lasting long term.
