Given the holiday season they were jam packed (but very neatly) with all things Christmas and there was something for everyone. I came in specifically looking for a door wreath and left with one I absolutely love plus 19 other items I didn't even know I "needed" lol. The cashier Janeen was really nice and packed my items with care. I even had to call back after I left as I believed I didn't receive an item I paid for and she helped me over the phone patiently reviewing my transaction ... she is just awesome! The flowers were called "Designer's Choice Vibrant Bloom" and showed a picture with yellow, orange, purple, and green colored flowers. It stated a bouquet using garden flowers in an uplifting and vibrant color palette. I was not happy with the flowers they first sent; my fault, I could have been more helpful in describing what I wanted, but they made it right immediately! They are a class act and deserve my praise and gratitude. I will use Bakanas again, and I appreciate them for their attention to customer service. I would definitely recommend them. After almost week when nothing was happing I went to take a look on it. Then I saw that the date was changed from September 19th to November 11th. I called them after waiting almost 20 minutes only option was cancel the item. I canceled it. My son liked another backpack from them which was on stock and they offered next day delivery. So after while I agreed and ordered another backpack from this company, paid a LOT! That was huge mistake. On Friday I got email that backpack was shipped. It was 2 days after I ordered the second one. I hoped that everything will be ok this second time. BIG MISTAKE! After 3 days from this shipping email I took a look and there was written that only label was created. UPS is still waiting for the item. I was trying to call them, message them. Resolution? They don't know where the package is. It is probably stucked in their distribution center. They need 5 bussines days to find it and if they won't then I have to contact them AGAIN to get it resolved. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I GOT!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They gave my son's lunchbag away to someone else after stating it was about to be shipped 4 days ago. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Then after I called to rip someone a new one, amazingly they will be in stock again. They sent UPS a shipping label notice that came to my email and refunded then did another pending payment on my account. You gave my son's lunchbag away and I have included the screenshots. Fall mums and pumpkins and today I went for my Christmas tree and can tell you they are the best trees around. The selection is huge and they are putting as many as they can in pots of water to keep fresh! Nobody else I know does that. The trees are so nice, full and fresh. I imagine they won't last even though they have hundreds now. They're too nice to pass up. Remember always try to tip the staff when they trim the tree up, net it and put it on or in your car. I'm sure the staff depends on extra money for Christmas and I have zero relation or incentive to say please tip. Just a long time customer that appreciates small businesses and great service. It's hard to find these days.
