It isn't easy dealing with the public while trying to maintain a positive happy attitude. Everyone has issues. I think if customers could show a little more empathy toward retail workers they'd have a much more pleasant shopping experience. This store could use some more merchandise though and a better variety of women's fragrances. It just appears empty since the pandemic. All in all though I love Ross Store's. Peace n Love To All!!

I am giving this place 1 star because of 1 incident that involves customer service 101. I asked the SA to do a price check for an item that doesn't have any. To my astonishment, she asked me to bring a similar item to her. Me, the customer will bring the item to the SA, seriously? Since when do customers work for a ROSS SA? When, never!!! With an attitude like that, you should NEVER work In retail that involves more customer service period. To management of Ross please improve your hiring and training process. Basics first, the rest will follow eventually. Experience like this will stop returning customers from coming.

Since we frequent the movies so much here, we'll be returning to "rescue" some things we window shopped for. Always great sales here!!!

The clothes are stylish and up to date. You will not be disappointed. There is another review on here about a bad experience and clothes smelling of smoke. I was actually in the store that day with my daughter. I witnessed the whole encounter. The owner was not rude at all. The clothes smelled very bad of smoke, the clothes were not able to be resold, nor as a customer would I want to buy them. It wasn't about being racist, etc.

I'm not one to shop much for clothing but I'd come back here if I'm in the area again. Beautiful clothing displays and accessories. I honestly can't wait to get back to take a thorough look.

She took us to the women's section and to the sales for the day. The line moved quickly. My faith in outlets has been restored. I will be back. To be continued.

Discounts aren't even that great, unless you get their credit card, which I won't. The store layout is awkward and too congested. Either clothes are too short or enormous, there is no in between. These jeans fit fabulously - (Curvy Fit 8's for moi!). They have lots of shades of blue to offer plus black, grey, etc., too. My favorite jeans (prior we're Calvin Klein). I also like their graphic tees a lot, as do the kiddies. Cute costume jewelry, adorable / sexy shoes and little impulse items as well. I embarrassed the nice woman employee when I inquired about her name tag asking if she was really a Libra. Their astrology signs are on their name tags! Just another reason to love Old Navy!

I had went here recently to return something-- of course there was a terrible line, but I feel like that's the case with most Old Navy's. I typically don't buy any female V necks or plain T shirts from Old Navy in general because they fall apart and fade after one wash.

It's a nice store, well-lit & clean. Staff was nice, but not super attentive (I was standing in front of the cash register for at least a few minutes while two employees finished their personal conversation). Onto the clothes... I came looking for some new work clothes, but this isn't really the store for business dress clothes. They do not carry any dress pants or Blazers, but I did pick up a cardigan style blouse. Just be careful to inspect the clothes carefully because I picked up 5 of the same blouses before I found a good one (others were stained, ripped, or had seams coming apart). Material of the clothes does feel a little cheap, and prices are just ok. Personally, I'd prefer getting better made clothing at Macy's & using their coupons for a better deal. However this place is useful if you're unable to find plus sized clothing at Macy's, or Lane Bryant's prices are just too high. Worth a look for those curvy ladies. I headed to the Cherry Hill Mall to check out 2 other stores there -- and stumbled upon Fashion to Figure having never heard of it before. So glad that I did! It's literally a store for ladies size 12-26 geared towards a night on the town, special events, or if you just wanna look super put together. Lots of variety of styles - and nothing like the sometimes boring department store options open to curvy or plus-size ladies. The dresses in the window are gorgeous, and inside it's all white walls, trendy music - and great stuff you actually want to wear! Both employees there were really nice - Janelle helped me with fitting room/dress stuff and was awesome! The staff actually writes your name on a wipeboard outside of your fitting room and is attentive and friendly without pushing sales. There was another girl in the dressing room looking for an outfit that I ended up chatting with and even recommending a dress for when we were coming out into the common area to look in the larger mirror. I went in looking for a dress and left with two - both onsale - and I know when the winter pounds come off they're both cut so well they're still going to look great! A nice plus - they sell Spanx, and some other really nice shapewear, and their jewelry section is dangerously shiny... I had to stop myself from getting carried away. A total go-to place for special occasions or if you want something fun to wear!
