The shoes were too big and when I attempted to return them on May 5 , the return was rejected with no explanation other than a rejection receipt telling me to call The Retail Equation. The shoes were unworn; undamaged; boxed, and not treated or subject to a final sale. They were returned within three days of purchase. The Retail Equation website says the retailer determines the return; the DSW manager said it's up to the Retail Equation. I have filed a complaint with the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs for violation of the statute governing , among other things, posting of return policies. I sent a certified letter to DSW on May 12, requesting a refund and explanation. I attached full documentation of the purchase and the rejection receipt . Then, I contacted my credit card company and today received a response stating DSW claims it never received communication from me about the issue, which is untrue. I sent a certified letter with documentation on May 12. Retail Equation is subject to a class action lawsuit in California for its antics with DSW and other retailers. Tread carefully if you deal with this retailer.

In fact, Boscov's was the ONLY credit card they EVER HAD! They were so cute . . . Anyway, with the decline of poor (formerly Echelon Mall) Voorhees Town Center, Boscov's is the only anchor (dept) store left here! They have me captive and now I'm a customer AND fan! The ladies dept has beautiful formal dresses; the children's dept has nice clothing and great deals and I really "mopped up" on Champion brand (heavy weight) tees & shorts for my son a few weeks ago. I splurged a bit on myself in both the jewelry & home decor departments. I'm guessing I got bargains due to the post holiday season. I bought two beautiful pair of earrings (one, rhinestone stars - $8; the other, abalone oblong ovals $15). Lastly, I got a set of precious/beautiful mother/babies set of Oleg Cassini crystal ducks (see photo). They were half priced. There was a huge assortment of animals (hummingbirds, penguins, fish) and insects (butterflies, dragonflies), etc. (mushrooms, a clam with a "pearl", paperweights) to choose from! Last month I got a pair of shoes for work that I just love (so comfy) plus a few 6-packs of ankle socks for my daughter for only $1.99/ea! A bonus to shopping here is that you can get in and out quickly. The mall is all but dead now and there are usually more than enough cashiers around. They still even offer free gift wrap in Customer Service (lower level near toys). Lastly, check out the candy department with Godiva and Asher's if you're in a bind for a gift or want a yummy treat. You can even just buy a single chocoalte covered pretzel, etc., if you have a whooley!
