If you're looking for solid Nike gear without paying full retail, this outlet store is definitely worth the trip. The deals here are some of the best you'll find outside of other outlets; shoes, apparel, and accessories all marked down way below what you'd expect to pay elsewhere. Even compared to their online store, these make them look like thieves. What really makes the experience even better is the staff. They're attentive without being pushy, and you can tell they actually care about helping you find what you need. No one's breathing down your neck trying to upsell you, which is a nice change from a lot of other stores.. If anything, they'll point you toward the best deals--even though, truthfully, everything's already pretty discounted. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the layout can sometimes feel a bit picked-through, especially during busier times. But that's kind of expected at any outlet. If you're patient, you'll find exactly what you're looking for and probably something extra. If not, then they can order it for you and get all the legwork down for you to ship to the destination of your choice. Stopped in here to look for some sneakers. I went to the clearance rack and found a pair! The store was very organized and busy. It's the holiday! The service was great!! Conveniently located in a large shopping outlet center, the Nike store is a great place to come and try out actual shoes without throwing out your dollars on an online sale. Is this you? You think you want shoes, you order online, you wait til they arrive, the shoes don't fit, and then it's a royal pain in the butt to return them, only to get your refund weeks later. GAH. If you know you want a specific brand, call the store ahead to see if they have them in stock in your size. Pop in and try them here, and if you can buy them cheaper online, then you are good to go. This store has some friendly staff and lots of different things like socks and sports gear to try on as well. read more

First off let me say this will be a long review but worth the read, especially for management and corporate which I will be forwarding this as well. This was the first time I've ever been to the outlets In Gloucester since they were built. I'm 34 & Owner/Operator of a Landscaping Company that services the area so for a long time I resisted . I had no intention of ever going but, I received a Nike gift card from white elephant at my 2nd job. I had been prolonging the trip, I did not know what to expect. From the door I was pleasantly surprised at the safety precautions and the number they were checking the amount of customers because it was a rather busy and nice day for the winter. I did not wait at all long to get in. So all is well. I'm in the store I did not plan on spending more than the $25 on the gift card, I was looking for one thing and one thing only gloves and/or a hat or a combo. While walking around aimlessly, a sales associate by the name of Nick S. He's was top 3 of the most friendly store associates I've met in an atmosphere like "Nike Outlet" in a very long while !! A lot of the labor force these days seem like they don't want to be there or are not happy to help you, are not really trying to care about what they do, or even go the extra mile. (Was nice to meet someone that prided himself in customer service and his work, I recognized it right away because I also pride myself on the same thing!! He did inform me that there was a run on hats and gloves just recently and they were pretty much sold out. However he did not lose hope and went into the back to check for me. No such luck, still having a positive experience though. As I was talking to Nick, it came up that I worked at Mission BBQ and how much he loved it. I just so happen to our promotional free sandwich cards in my wallet that morning.... This is the part in the story where I may lose some of you, but hang on. I'm wrapping it up with a bow now for the people that read Yelp. On with the rest of the necessary details, for the Mission BBQ sandwich cards I have to sign them, I needed a pen, Nick proceeded to go to the front cashier station to get one. Upon returning in his hands is a set of winter hat and gloves exactly what I was looking for the last pair in my size!!! THE ODDS ALONE! I probably would not have come back for months, if I had to wait. Now Nike outlet has a customer for life because of Nick!!! Little did he know, that his Exceptional Customer service, attention to detail, willingness to go above & beyond for a perfect stranger, I was impressed that he was even able to find such a small item in a busy store and wall to wall clothing! This experience set in motion one of the best days I have ever had. Call it luck or the Lord, but I had another four or five really lucky moments later that while running errands. it just goes to show that one act of kindness from a random stranger can really have a huge effect especially in these unprecedented times we are all going through. So to wrap it up Nike, you have an amazing employee and this kind of Nike Teammate is the future leadership of the company! read more

Came in to do a return then did some browsing afterwards. This store has a great selection of shoes to chose from. Store was well staffed and friendly. The manager Amber helpful with the return and answering some questions. Hope to come back here when they offer the random 20% or more off on shoes. Update: we came back on Saturday and found some nice shoe for the nephew at 20% off and it cost only $15 verses $45. Wow great deal. Store was still well staffed and busy. Brittney and Maggie were helpful at checkout. read more

I love Nike. I love how Nike shoes and apparel fits me and my family. I buy at least two or three pairs of Nike sneakers per month, in addition to the rest of the Nike apparel I purchase. After visiting this location to return a pair of sneakers I purchased on the app, and receiving terrible customer service, all I can say is thank God for the Nike and Snkrs apps. That, and wow I need to find a different Nike location to shop in person for the rare occasion I can't find what I need on the apps or need to return something that doesn't work as expected. Not one of the Nike workers greeted me when I walked into the store. No one asked if I needed help. At the counter, the cashier (Mila Mae) did not greet me. She did not smile nor did she make eye contact. When she had finished examining the shoes to confirm they had not been worn, her first words to me were, "MasterCard ending in ####." No hello, no inquiry about what didn't work, nor did she attempt to do a proper retail job and attempt to up-sell by asking if I'd like to exchange the shoes for something else. Nope, this representative of Nike just said, "MasterCard ending in ###." I asked if I was supposed to slide or insert, and she just barked sharply at me, "chip." When my card was properly credited, she stapled my return receipt to the original and then handed it to me. Not one additional word was spoken nor a smile given, nor anything from this cashier. My entire experience at this store with this Nike representative consisted of less than 10 words, rude service and a dismissive attitude. She didn't suggest I have a good day, or thank me for coming in. She did nothing that I would expect a Nike employee to do. Nike, you must do better at this location. It was ridiculous. read more

The store it's self was great but the service was horrible. No one WANTED to help us and looked at us like we were idiots. The other customers were more helpful then the workers. They all seemed to be just walking around and when asked for help they said they couldn't, cause they were going on their break. read more
