My go-to Kohls, though getting here is always a hair raising experience with the traffic patterns. Route 38 always harshes my mellow. Store can sometimes be a hot mess. I'd probably buy more from the clearance racks if half the time the clothes weren't in the wrong size sections. Be smart and keep an eye for the deals and discounts, which can add up if you are also a holder of their store credit card. The nice thing is that they will let you stack up a good number of discounts on top of each other. Shipping costs are absurd, so I try to order with availability in the store as my top priority. +1 for having sizes for us curvy short gals. read more

As soon as I walked in, I noticed how large the building is in comparison to other Khol's stores. There was plenty of room within each section - you don't feel the need to rush through the rack so another shopper can look at what's hanging on the wall behind you. It's also better organized - clothes were hanging on racks, not lying on the floor. The fitting room could be more tidy - there was no room on the rack to put unwanted items. read more

Kohl's has a good selection of casual clothing for women. I've had some luck with thier housewares and jewelry and shoes, but mostly casual wear. Good sales are well advertised and you can save a good bit. Not really the place you want to go for career wear. Solar panels on the roof, that's a good thing. read more

Had such a great experience at this Kohl's yesterday. I was on a mission for a certain outfit for a specific upcoming event -- looking in malls, discount stores, Target, etc. Finally, arriving at Kohl's with pained feet, finally, finally, finally the outfit materialized. While the layout of this location confuses me, it's in a good spot across the street from the Cherry Hill Mall and near Target and some other stores. read more

Absolutely shocked at their lack of men's dress shoes...wow...A good percentage of their dress shoes were not even in their boxes...It took me two hours to even find a simple pair of men's 10.5 Black Dress Shoes...and it was the only available pair. I needed shoes for an event so I was pressed for time, but I genuinely dislike what I had to buy. I'm wearing them once to my event then I'm returning them in the morning. I would rather get my money back and find a pair of black dress shoes that I can wear permanently.... read more

I don't normally shop at Kohl's seeing how there isn't one close to where I live, so I only come here when I'm back in my hometown visiting family. However, I felt the need to review this store because of the horrible customer service I experienced here the Tuesday before Christmas. I was looking into buying someone a Fitbit for Christmas so I came here because I heard the had them on sale. Upon locating the spot where the Fitbits were, I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and assist me. Oh and this 10 minute wait was *after two employees saw me standing looking around for someone, but continued their talk about an order one of them had placed at Toys R Us that she hadn't received yet (I later saw her going into Toys R Us when I was leaving out of there) *after I had asked two different t employees for help and they told me they would send someone over *after the guy who came over to assist me told me he'd be back in a minute after he helped another customer Now I understand the holiday season is a busy time for retailers, but seeing how Kohl's was not crowded when I was in there I don't understand why my wait was so long. I also don't understand why only one employee could assist me in the Fitbit section. I mean is he the Fitbit Guru for the store where he and he alone can speak to customers about the wonders of Fitbit?! read more

This Kohl's location isn't the best. Help is sparse, merchandise is disorganized, and the store is dingy at best. While trying to buy shoes for my husband, I had to try to sort through hundreds of unorganized shoe boxes in pathetic hopes that perhaps one of the boxes I saw would have a matching number. After searching for treasure for over 30 minutes, I did go to the large (somewhat responsive) touch-screen right near the shoe department for some semblance of help/direction. What I found was that the online selection was far better than the selection in the store. Sales do vary by location, and shoes that you see on-sale at the store aren't always on-sale online (which thoroughly confuses me), so I left the store frustrated, only to log on from home to order the shoes. Wish I had saved my time and used their website in the first place. read more

This is a pretty decent Kohls, but it was unbelievably busy when we went this past Saturday. The checkout lines were ridiculous! That being said, one redeeming factor is that this store is cleaner than most other Kohls that I've been to. Also, the cashier let us have three scratch-off coupons to try to see if we could get one with a big percentage off our total. read more

I'm not a Kohl's shopper. I think it's one of those gateway stores where when you start shopping there, or if you are taught to enjoy shopping there by another person perhaps you can get it. But for me, I can never find a damn thing that I like. Seriously. I just can't. I go in, I waste and hour I walk out with NOTHING. I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting to love going to Kohl's as much as I did. In the past, I have found the stores to be messy and confusing. This location in Cherry Hills was actually very clean, and the layout was easy to follow. I wasn't sure if my Kohl's card was still active, so I tested it out on a smaller purchase before grabbing too much. I was embarrassed, but the cashier who assisted me was very understanding and joked along with me to help put me at ease. My card worked perfectly- a very seamless transaction! But the best part was my second transaction. I was purchasing an item I assumed was ineligible for coupons. However the second cashier, another incredibly friendly woman, immediately added the coupon without me even asking. She saved me so much money just by being kind! I can also attest that the shirt I got feels amazing, and my kitchen currently smells wonderful thanks to my new beautiful slow cooker. I am very pleased with my purchases, and am looking forward to making this my go-to Kohl's. read more

I had a horrible shopping experience and this is the first time I was so unhappy with kohls. I went online to locate these boots in the store and went to the store to purchase last night. When I arrived I inquired about the price showing was not the same as the website indicated $19.99. Instead it showed 49.99 and the store associate said they will not honor the price that was on your website. The associate instructed me to order online and select store pick up and I would have to come today and they would take the shoes off the floor and I can get them for the online price. How absolutely crazy is that? I had the shoes and have to put them back, stood in the store and places the order from my cell phone. Then I have to return the following day after they had another employee go pick the order, stand in a long line, only to then get the same shoes. You wasted two hours of my day and I almost missed my flight. Today I was in line with other customer with the same complaint. The kohls customer service told her to come to the store and they would honor the price. She was on the phone with customer service as I was picking up my order (wasting time just to get what should have been honored last night). The assistant manager said that the store manager told them they are not allowed to match the website price. Because the prices are Black Friday advance sales and if they honored them they wouldn't have anything left to sell! Really ??? ...because all I had to do was order online and then come back and pick them up ...the same shoes and the same inventory! All your associates did was make me mad and frustrated and possibly miss my flight so I would not be able to have holiday dinner with my family. If you want anything on sale at this store, order it for store pick up and then come get it, don't bother trying to rationalize reality with the associates who follow a manage who doesn't care about customer service. read more

Not a huge fan of this location of Kohl's. The clothes seemed pretty overpriced and after I grabbed some items off the clearance rack was informed they weren't on clearance after all (make sure to check those labels, kids). Service wasn't very friendly, have done better at their Marlton location. read more
