Was here in Cherry Hill and was selling a shirt on their rack from SHEIN! double the prices way to high!

Selection and value are great! And the chirpy, wisecracking cashier was bearable until I put my purse on the counter to get out my wallet. "Oh, looks like you need a new purse. We have a nice selection of purses here." Spoiler: I did not look at the store's purportedly nice selection of purses. I left feeling sorry for management because it's so hard to weed out rude idiots during the hiring process. Nice store with mediocre to decent bargains. However, having to wait in a check-out line with only a single cashier at the controls is surely spectacular fun -- especially when the cashier has also corralled the customer in front of me to open a credit card account. I've been to real estate closings that took less time. You don't stop an entire line to open a credit account unless the person involved is a member of the Royal Family and especially, when I can hear their private financial information being exchanged. This company clearly wants to be the next big name in luxury retail--think Macy's on Fifth Avenue, but the reality doesn't match the ambition, especially not in Cherry Hill. The whole operation feels overly fast-paced, more about maintaining appearances than offering real quality or connection with the community. ...I might be an outsider because I'm not a rich mother of a bourgeois brat, but if a real review is what you want, this is it: They've created a culture that's polished on the surface but hollow underneath. It's less about individuality and more about fitting into a mold. If you think for yourself, you probably won't last long working here, if you're hired at all and not skipped over. They seem to only hire a certain "type"--people they believe they can shape and control, not those who bring unique ideas or values to the table. AND while they're eager to align themselves with trendy corporate ideals, some of it just feels performative. Banning firearms on their property, for example, in a state that already heavily regulates them, feels more like a PR move than a meaningful stance. It comes off as tone-deaf to the local culture rather than forward-thinking. Overall, the brand might be striving for upscale, but it's missing authenticity. Looks nice on the outside, but if you value independent thought, a grounded work environment, or common sense over corporate polish, this probably isn't the place for you. read more

At the Cherry Hill Nordstrom Rack store, Marnita and Jennifer were outstanding! My online order of UGGS slippers for my grandaughter never arrived for her Chistmas present. Marita and Jennifer searched the store, called another Nordstrom's store and arranged for me to pick up the slippers the same day. I went in here to just look around. They had a massive selection of clothes and had tons of Jean shorts on sale! They had tons of items and they were all at great prices. They also had a wide shoe selection with some great options! The store was very clean and well kept and the fitting rooms were as well. I would go back here again when I'm in the area! read more

Not to be confused with Nordstrom Rake, which sells garden equipment and some sh**. I think the reason Nordstrom Rack is so popular is because it's so cheap. This one is in a big complicated Mall, which is an outdoor strip mall, and we've been here a couple of times because when in the Jersey burbs of Philly, this is where we sometimes come for Boba. Mr Wish is here, and it's good. Barbie actually found four or five things that she would have wanted to buy, if only they were just a little cheaper. She's very frugal, you see. Nordstrom Rack is great when there's a sale on, but less so for us when there isn't, because even though it's a lot cheaper than Nordstrom, it's still not cheap. read more

I like the quality & pricing of their products, however, I shopped there yesterday & the guy at the register was like a wet rag. I greeted him by saying good morning - he grunted something. Zero personality & zero customer service. I tried making small talk, to no avail. After giving me my receipt, he made no effort to thank me or say have a nice day. Recalling the name on my receipt.. Aldi or something like that. I wanted to scream for Management to give him a day off or terminate him. I will wait for a different associate to ring up my purchases in the future. read more

I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. There are lots of good deals on higher end clothes, accessories and home goods. After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. I don't know why, but Nordie's always intimidated me, ever since I lived in Seattle and I associated it with people with a lot bigger bank accounts than mine. Nowadays, having the Rack is a good option to find products that can be discounted and worth perusing. Take your time. I like their shoe selection when things are on sale, and also some of their not too expensive jewelry and or women's accessories. Parking can be a bit iffy as this shopping center is generally the WORST with people tailing you for good spots. read more

I would have preferred emailing Nordstrom Rack, but could not find a corporate customer service email address. My husband purchased a pair of pants in a brand new Nordstrom Rack store in Delray Beach. We returned to our home in New Jersey and he realized the security tag had been left on the slacks. Because we were there on the first day the store opened. We realize that it was full of many many hard-working brand new employees trying to do a good job at a very chaotic store opening. It was frustrating for us, but no big deal. He contacted the nearest Nordstrom Rack in Cherry Hill, New Jersey which is 60 miles away from our home. He was told to bring in the pants to have the tag removed. All of this was acceptable though I think she might have offered to pay for shipping to save us the trip. My irritation is that when I walked in the store, just as the store opened, before I could even say, "good morning" to the woman near the door and ask her to remove the tag, I believe she saw me holding a bag and assumed I was doing a return. She rudely directed me to the last counter. She wouldn't let me say a word and just abruptly, well, scolded me to keep moving. When we finally got there she finally understood she probably could have just removed the tag from the device that is right by the front door. Understand, I was her very first interaction with customers of the day and she was already in a horrible mood. Clearly I was an enormous inconvenience to her. The appropriate response should have been, "Good morning, how may I help you? Oh, I'm so sorry that happened! Why don't you take this coupon and do some shopping while you are here?" Of all the ways this was handled incorrectly from the beginning, it is ironic that the only person who annoyed me was the woman who solved the problem. Had she recognized that I am the one who was inconvenienced and apologized instead of rolling her eyes, I would still be a happy customer. read more

So, I received an email from Nordstrom Rack asking me about a review on my purchase and this was my review: Unhappy "customer" I bought this as a Christmas gift and by the time I got it, one of the statues had the bottom broke off. I wasn't offered a rush on a replacement or anything, so last minute I had to go out and get something else. I was even told I wouldn't be refunded for shipping if I shipped it back rather than drop it off at the store. I had to drive 40 minutes to drop off damaged product to avoid shipping. I received an email today saying that my review didn't meet their "guidelines" and my post was removed. I didn't use any inappropriate language or anything, so please tell me how it didn't meet their guidelines. So, basically because I posted my experience just like they asked and it wasn't a positive experience then my review gets deleted. Nordstrom Rack maybe you should have better customer service and be more careful with your packing, so this wouldn't be a problem. By the way, I know UPS damages a lot, but this was all Nordstrom Racks fault because they had the statues stuffed in a TINY box and weren't even protected properly. read more

I'm a huge Nordstorm Rack fan- here you can get great quality items at a cheaper price. This store is located in the Cherry Hill Race Track shopping center & a parking garage is located directly behind their store. Inside you'll find clothing for everyone and tons of shoes. You'll also find jewelry, purses, and other home goods in the store. Nordstorm Rack carries tons of big brands, one of my favorite being Sperry. Keep an eye out for the "green team" - aka the employees in bright green shirts. They'll be able to help you locate items or even check you out faster. Join their emailing list to stay current on promotions- my favorite is the "Clear The Rack" sales where you can get an extra 25% off of clearance item prices. read more

Let me preface my review by saying that I don't normally shop at Nordstrom's b/c I think their prices are insane and I'm not a slave to fashion. I'm not even an employee to fashion. Like the other reviewers, I would compare Rack to an upscale Ross or Marshall's. The difference is that the people who shop here appear to attractive, well-dressed and well-heeled. Their dressing rooms are immaculate and I like the music they play. Store layout is easy to understand and racks are clearly marked.They sell primarily items for women, but also carry children's and men's. They had an extensive sales area for jewelry, handbags, hosiery/PJs. Large selection of plus sizes, but some of the items I was looking for in smaller sizes were not available. Picked over maybe? I was happy with their prices, $60 for a trench coat, $35 for a pair of women's slacks, but that's about how much I'm willing to pay regardless of where I shop. read more

I made my first visit here a week or so ago and I was disappointed. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the one in KOP, but this one didn't feel like it had a lot to offer at all! The one area they did excel in was their shoe section. Not only did they have some nice shoes (though I didn't notice any major brand names like Coach or Betsey), but they sat nicely in the full racks in the back corner of the store. The rest of the racks seemed super empty to me (The ones in KOP are always overstuffed or full at worst) and the items there didn't really grab my attention at all. My first impression on entering Rack is that it seems like you're about find a good deal on clothes. They even make it simple so that you can spot the clearance items---balloons were even tied to clothing displays! Yay! The clearance items fell short though, I think a thrift store would have had a better selection. Whether you're in Rack for a good deal or just shopping in general the clothes, accessories and all in between were all mediocre. They have the general same prices as a Marshalls, TJ Maxx and stores of the same nature but the selection is slim. I thought some styles were more geared towards the elderly aged consumers but even at that, my granny wouldn't rock this gear. I found a lot of designs to be typical or so plain that the price was a bit much. They had designer names but if you go to a TJ Maxx the same name brand is available at a better deal. Overall I left empty-handed and will cross it off my list of ' a clothing hot spot.' Racks = a dud. Sad face. read more

I'm usually over in this part of the shopping center to either eat at The Cheesecake Factory, or take my wife to Sephora... I was glad to stop in Nordstrom Rack... Not only did they have some great men's clothes in here, but I even walked out with a $90 pair of Nike sneakers that was marked down to $14 for clearance.... I will be stopping here during my normal weekend driving around to keep from being bored, especially since they have something here for everybody in the family.. read more

I may not have a fairy godmother to transform my appearance, but I do have the next best thing, and that's the seamstress at Nordstrom Rack. In desperate need of an outfit for the Angels & Devils party last week, I hit the Rack in search of something cute in red or white. At the last minute, I couldn't be choosy about whether I wanted to go as an angel or devil, I just needed an outfit! A gorgeous white Free People tank with silver thread was just right, but to my dismay, several of the threads had been snagged and were hanging loose. It occurred to me to ask if the seamstress would be able to fix this, and the attendant at the dressing rooms whisked the top away. A moment later, she brought it back and it was completely fixed. There was no sign at all that there had been anything out of place. Later that night, I ended up having an unfortunate run-in with a piece of velcro. Back to the store I went, and this time I took along a dress with a tricky rip along one of the seams. The total came to twenty dollars, but since I have a Nordstrom debit card, my first $100 in alterations are on the house - and that perk renews itself every single year. Reason enough to have a Nordstrom credit or debit card! This store just keeps getting better and better. read more

The opening of this Nordstrom Rack location has been majorly hyped up, but as others have mentioned, it was a bit of a let down. I went in looking for some summery shoes, a couple new work-worthy shirts, and maybe a few accessories. For me, there were two main causes of frustration: 1) There were signs on top of clothing and jewelry racks touting brands that I typically enjoy, yet, when I actually got to said racks, there wouldn't be anything created by those brands on them. 2) When I did find a few items that I liked, both clothing and shoes, the sizes I was looking for weren't available. I'm sure I'll try again, but next time with lower expectations and a different shopping strategy, without specific pieces in mind. I'm giving Nordstom Rack 3 stars in anticipation that I'll eventually find something to purchase! read more

YAYYYYYYYY!!!!! The Rack has finally opened in Cherry Hill!!! I didn't make it to the grand opening last week, but that's ok, it was good to give a few days for the crowds to subside before my friend and I loaded up our shopping cart with designer shoes, premium denim, tops, & dresses. The fitting rooms allow 15...yes 15....items per person, with a "shopping cart parking lot" outside so your cart is waiting for you when you're done. The store is smaller than some other Racks I've been in, but the shoe selection is excellent, and the store was bright and clean. I walked away with a pair of espadrilles, Seven jeans, a BCBG linen blazer, and a cute top for just over $200. Buh-bye TJ Maxx...never again do I need to step inside your dingy doors....the Rack has arrived :) read more

What is that old saying...'Champagne taste, beer money'...Nordstrom Rack is wonderful. It gives one the opportunity to purchase some quality goods at a discount price. Just like any discount clothing store, sometimes it takes timing and patience. The clientele that shop here are pleasant to be around. I like the layout of this location, it is very organized. The clothes aren't strewn all over the area in disarray. The staff is top-notch. I would like to give a shout-out to sales associate (Mike S.). He is super friendly, professional, non-overbearing and has an eye for style. He will help you coordinate that belt, shirt and dress shoes to make your outfit pop! Over the past couple of years, the men's section has greatly improved. They seem to be shifting away from the old-man portly suits to a modern/slimmer clientele. They carry the Pantherella socks that I like. You can often find 100% full-grain leather belts (none of that bonded leather crap that cracks/creases after a few uses). The John W. Nordstrom house-brand dress shirts have been receiving good reviews for quality/price ratio. They have dress shirts that are slim fit/not blousy but at the same time are not too hipster-skinny. The Nordstrom's '1901' shoe line is quality as well. The Nordstrom's credit card has great perks (they offer a debit card as well). Now, if the store could just secretly e-mail me (and only me) as soon as that new stock of Allen Edmonds shoes arrives in my size, that would be great :-) read more

If you like shoes you can spend a lot of time here. Not so much for me. I wear size 14, so I spend far less time than the average person. We really just come here for my wife. She loves the shoe selection. She can get lost for hours and come out with some great deals. I'm not too fond of the rest of the store. I seem to find myself going to Nordstrom Rack when at the last minute I need a special outfit....and they always deliver! Shoes! Not only do they carry giant sized shoes (all your girls out there with 11+ shoe sizes sing with me now....hallelujah!) they have an amazing selection from casual to dressy. And once of twice a year they hold a "large size shoe event" - I have died and gone to heaven! Dresses! The last time I went in I was looking for a formal floor length gown...this is after I had gone to about 10 other stores to no avail. Lo and behold, I walk back to the dress racks and there is a good selection of formal dresses and one that was in my size and floor length - amazing! They also had some in other sizes too, really amazing! Deals! So they have a Nordstrom Rack reward "card" deal that if you link our bank account to this card to pay, you get special deals, but the best one of all is that you get $100 in FREE ALTERATIONS EVERY YEAR! I love a good deal, and this place is full of 'em. Just walking in here is dangerous, because I hardly ever leave without a couple of purchases - thankfully, it's usually discounted items that are way less than full price. There's a nice selection of clothes, and occasionally I find a dress or bag, but the real stars here are the shoes. Oh, the shoes. I suppose regular Nordstrom, rather than putting any shoes on sale, just sends them here - and boy, am I grateful they do. Sperrys, designer flats, cute sneakers, even boots - all for prices about 50% off original retail. Beware - this location hides the shoes in the back, meaning you have to walk through all the racks of clothes (which can be tempting). But for you savy shoppers, there's a parking garage that's WAY less crowded than the lot out front, and there's a semi-secret back door that leads right out to the garage! read more

What have I not bought from this Nordstrom rack? I think I have an addiction and its this Nordstrom rack. Seems like every opportunity I get to shop here, I make it a pit-stop. Lots of really nice clothing collection. Sunglasses are plenty. Shoes I'd love to die for and the sweetest staff. Each time I visit this place, I wish I made more money to spend here. Lol. My first time here was back on 6/13/15. I was here to look for some jeans and they were pretty expensive. I have a friend who stays in Southwest Philly and he told me I should come here. You can say this is like a discount store because they got a lot sales, clearance, etc. You really really gotta look around and try things on before making a purchase. I went to Nordstrom Rack a few weeks ago, and I haven't stopped raving about it since. "I got this dress for $23," I bragged to everyone who complimented me at a recent wedding. I was impressed, though I've never been to Nordstrom Rack in KOP, I will return to this location any time I need something for an occasion, or the next time I go on a major shopping spree. I was delighted to see that they are opening a store in the Willow Grove Mall- much closer to my parents house- in the spring of 2012. HOORAY for my closet, and bummer for my wallet. read more

Found Citizens of humanity leather look like jeans worth $300. got them for 100. In love and I will have them forever! Exactly what I went there to get exactly what I came home for with ...
