Very upset with DSW (customer service, not this location). I placed an order in store on Friday July 19th. On the 21st AND the 24th, I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered.. In both cases someone was at the house and nobody bothered to knock on the door. When I called customer service to inquire about this, all they offered was a refund. I explained that I do not want a refund, I just want my shoes, and asked them to just re ship.. They replied that they could only offer me a refund and I can "go order them again"... I'm not seeking a discount or handout, I'd just like my item to be shipped to me in a timely manner. Instead of spending the $49.96 in store to have this item shipped to me, I am now about to drop $72.91 to have them by this weekend. Yup, it's a DSW. Seen one, you've seen 'em all. The one thing I did notice was the larger than average clearance selection for men. But like all other DSW's I left empty-handed since they don't carry many size 14, regular or clearance priced. Oh well. At least my wife has fun here... read more

I typically go to the Cherry Hill DSW location, but this one was close by when I was running errands so I swung in with high hopes of finding a pair of shoes at the last minute on the day of an event. This DSW was enormous and well-stocked. I often see shoes I love and then get super bummed when my size isn't available. Not here! Almost every pair I liked came in my size and I ended up with the most amazing pair of open-toed black booties. Staff members were friendly and the store was clean and well-organized. This was my first time in a DSW. I am not a big fan of shopping, and especially not shoe shopping. I walking in expecting the worst, thinking all of the boxes would be thrown all around and a big mess, but this wasn't the case. Everything was easy to find, I liked the shoes I bought. The men's shoe selection was big enough, and I found shoes for work. However, I wish they carried more large sizes. It is often difficult for me to find shoes that I like in a 13. As a shopping maniac, I, of course, love DSW! I was super psyched to stumble upon this location on our visit to Jersey. They had a massive clearance section, which is my absolute favorite spot to shop, but the prices seemed quite a bit higher than they are where I live in Florida, which makes sense. The cost of living is much higher in Jersey. They had a great selection though. They also had a ton of accessories, jewelry and purses, much more that any other DSW I've seen. They just need a few more deep discounts. Bring on the 50% off, 70% off, and even 80% off stickers! read more

I guess this is the DSW where all of the undesirables from the other stores go. I found exactly 0 things I liked in this store, but when I go to the ones in cherry hill or marlton I always leave with at least 3 or 4 pairs with even more that I wanted but couldn't afford at the time. This location actually had shoes I saw much earlier this year at other locations. I was so excited to have this store open close to where I live but that excitement was crushed and I walked out of the store after only 5 minutes. read more

When in need of a specific kind or style of shoe this is the place I go. There of hundreds of shoes in each aisle. Make sure you sign up for their rewards because you will get better discounts. This particular store also is always well stocked which is a plus. read more

This DSW Store location is fabulous - you are truly in Shoe Heaven! Not only does this store have anything and everything that you would want but the customer service is right on point. The young lady that assisted me, Lisa, not only greeted you with a warm smile but was professional and knowlegeable about the various different styles that were displayed. Lisa not only suggested that if I didn't see what I wanted in the frontline, to visit the clearance and try my luck.
