Sales galore to make room for the spring (and summer) lines to boot! I got a gorgeous fuchsia (light weight material) sweater and a classy short sleeve black velvet top. I still have moola left on my gc, soooo - an excuse to go back :) My son crapped out on the parka that he wanted (didn't have his size), so he was going to purchase a nice second choice one. BUT Vanessa, our cashier, helped him find a better comparable to the fav one when he inquired if they had other sizes in the Vince Camuto one that he really fancied. This woman was so sweet, kind, and genuine. Vanessa helped him find a great black one with a super similar design and even helped him order it! While the salesperson was finalizing the transaction, I was able to continue perusing the store and picked up a few other items. Most mens stores (including Brooks Brothers) employ sales people, whose primary goal is to get you to make a purchase. Don't get me wrong, Wright and Simon want you to buy their products, but they want to make sure what you get really fits, and makes you look good. The most important rule of buying a suit or sports coat is that it MUST fit correctly. They sell quality brands, and stick with the premise that you should buy the best quality available, and you will get a better product that looks better longer than a cheaper product. Finally, they take pride in offering as many "made in America" products available. Last year they actually had a "made in America" sale. When you are ready for a step up in fit and quality give them a try.

The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

I attempted to return it, in New Jersey, because it was convenient. The Target stores Downtown Brooklyn are super busy and the merchandise return lines are long. The Target in Deptford insisted that I have the receipt where it was purchased, because it was delivered by Instacart. The rep was not at all courteous. She acted as if she was in a rush. It doesn't matter which state I shop, I always find Target and the customer service questionable. One star because the k-pod coffee is lit. Other, I am not impressed.
