Being that there is only 1 review and it's a bad, I feel compelled to write up my experience with…read moreCollars'n Cuffs. Let me start by saying that the only reason I looked at Collars'n Cuffs was because my Fiancée won a free tux rental while at a bridal show. Normally, I wouldn't have traveled from where I live in PA. That said, I'm happy I did. Daniel B. mentioned that Len Brown, the salesman, was overbearing. I have two concerns about that. 1) He's a salesman so he's just doing his job. I think overbearing might have been confused with passionate? 2) Would you have preferred a lackluster, ill-responsive salesman? As for my experience - Len was extremely responsive. Every time I had a question - he would have an answer within the day either by email or phone. I have an email chain with timestamps to back that up. He was also extremely accommodating. I think I was late/rescheduled every meeting we had due to some random event popping up. Extremely thorough, after conversations over the phone, an email was sent out to confirm the discussion. As for the hidden costs go - I think Daniel was talking about the deposit, insurance, tie and pocket square? I could be wrong but those were the only additional costs I accrued. Len aside - I would also like to point out that another employee - Scott - was a pleasure to work with. Being that my groomsmen are scattered everywhere, we couldn't get everyone together for a final fitting. The solution? Scott waited for me to drive down to DE. from PA on a Friday night after work to pick up the tux's. This was HUGE! Not only did he wait after store hours had already closed but he then took the time to make sure my tux was perfect. He also showed me exactly what to look for so I could host the final fitting at my house. Understanding my situation, Scott then proceeded to have anything I needed shipped directly to me so I wouldn't have to take the trip down the DE. again. Now price - I received 8 tuxedos for just over $1,000. I will get $120 back once the tux's are returned. He also dropped the cost of the tie + p.squares because I didn't need them (my fiancée made a last min purchase.) I think that's an extremely fair price. Oh, and they will be picking the tux's up the day after my wedding. Another HUGE value add. I don't want this to sound like a sales-add because it isn't. I just don't want people to see one crap review and make a decision based off of that. These guys, in my opinion deserved better than that. Take this review for what you will. Ryan O.

My husband rented suits for himself and his groomsmen for our wedding in May. He had the worst…read moreexperience working with Len. Len was inappropriate, the suits were old fashioned, and the process was convoluted. My husband wanted to handle the suit rentals because I was dealing with the bulk of the planning. He reached out to Len and met with him to discuss looks. When my husband went to make final decisions, Len required him to bring me along. I know nothing about suits so it was entirely pointless for me to be there. Len then handed me a bridal magazine as a way to appease me. He also kept forgetting conversations with my husband and then accused my husband of confusing his "white guys" in the shop. His personality is quite jarring - every time we would tell him what we wanted he would talk over us and instead share information that wasn't helpful. My husband paid for the at home measuring for suits. Len showed up without any of the notes from previous conversations with my husband so they basically had to start from scratch. Each time my husband would meet with him he'd have to go over the order again with Len. And there were still errors in the final pick up. The suits were completely old fashioned and not the best fit for the groomsmen or the fathers. My father's suit was incredibly ill suited and he takes such care in his appearance. I know it upset him to have to walk me down the aisle in such a bad suit. My father noted that their product was dated. Would suggest anyone to shop around instead. The only positive is that my husband's suit was free because his groomsmen rented from the shop.
