There comes a time in every mans life, when he finally has to grow up put on a pair of "man pants"…read more This is the place where you can buy those pants. This is an old fashioned mens store. They lean towards business clothes, so if you are looking for an aewsome selection of sweatpants, you had better go somewhere else. The most casual their clothes get is just about at the country club level. If you are looking for trendy fashon brands, don't waste your time here. This is a different type of business model that we are used to at the local mall. There is a decent selection of items in the store, but they do not carry a huge amount of stock. They are at their best when you let them help you, so have an idea of what you need. So, what do they actually do? Well, They do one thing that has set them apart from almost every other Mens store I have been to... They make sure that everything you buy actually fits. Most mens stores (including Brooks Brothers) employ sales people, whose primary goal is to get you to make a purchase. Don't get me wrong, Wright and Simon want you to buy their products, but they want to make sure what you get really fits, and makes you look good. The most important rule of buying a suit or sports coat is that it MUST fit correctly. They sell quality brands, and stick with the premise that you should buy the best quality available, and you will get a better product that looks better longer than a cheaper product. Finally, they take pride in offering as many "made in America" products available. Last year they actually had a "made in America" sale. When you are ready for a step up in fit and quality give them a try.

The salespeople --in particular, Lisa , went out of their way to stock a dressing room with assorted styles and sizes in the hope that something would suit me. Shortly afterwards, I walked out with a great pair of fitting shorts and a pair of jeans I tried on out of curiosity. Summary: great customer service and selection. This location has plenty of parking and lots of shopping options too.

While the offering of products and pieces is great, the staff makes the shopping experience incredibly challenging and I am becoming increasingly disenchanted with each visit. One staff member (not sure of her name) in particular has a tendency to be incredibly standoffish and unwelcoming, with the staff members seeming to be wrapped up in their own conversation for the entirety of our 15 minute stop into the Brinton Lake location, with not so much as a glance, let alone a greeting. While I've shopped at this location for years, I feel confident in the decision to leave the site and drive a distance to another location. Or, better yet, I'll just shop online. As someone who has worked in retail, it's not hard to show customers politeness and pleasantries, even in the slightest of ways. Thank you for not giving me a reason to give you undeserved commission. I won't be back.

Incredibly disappointing. I fell in love with a beautiful fur coat at their Wayne location, which…read morefit perfectly except needing one small alteration. I paid $4,000 down on an $8,000 coat - no small amount of money - and when I went to my fitting, not only had they sold the original coat I fell in love with, but they remade a coat that was a completely different style and way way too big. They said they would fix the coat and were apologetic, and I gave them three more fittings to try and get the coat right. I just had my final fitting 6 months after the initial interaction and the coat was still too big, the hem was not even, one sleeve was longer than another, the lining hung out from the bottom, and the fur looked like it had been messed with too much to the point it was no longer beautiful. I'm very disappointed that they sold the coat that I had actually put $4,000 down on and tried to pass off a completely wrong coat to me. Be very careful of their negligent and deceptive practices.

I've been going here for the past two years and this is the only place I'll shop for any sneakers that I need--for myself as well as my kids. I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. I feel safe when I'm there. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. I will recommend this store and buy my shoes there from now on.
