Seventh Street Medical Supplies was a perfect suggestion from my doctor. My first visit there was excellent. Very happy with the whole experience. And thank you Cody. You da man!

I have always had the hardest time finding lymphedema wraps at durable medical equipt. suppliers. They either don't carry them or they go out of business in no time. I have been overcharged, items undelivered or wrong items sent out. I finally found Comfort & Care Medical quite by chance and I think an angel sent me to them. These ladies are so kind and helpful They take my order and I have my wraps on my porch the next day or the following day. They help fight with Keystone and Medicare to get them paid for with insurance and I know they bang their heads against the wall doing so but they are so helpful and strive to get the patient what they need and succeed every time. This is the best durable medical equipt company I have dealt with in the 17 years of my disability. Thank you to them and thank you to my angel for finding them. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!!!

Stay Away from Ascher - Unacceptable Service. This was the worst customer service I have ever…read moreexperienced. I contacted Ascher to replace a battery on the stair lift for my elderly mother. After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily.
