(I usually go to the Jamison location). But they had completely remodeled and I honestly am a little sad. It doesn't look like classic hallmark anymore but instead boutique. It is a bit roomier which is nice as before it was a bit crowded. They still have the cards in the back but the cash rep is now in the middle and there's lots of glass fixtures flanking the front. It felt a little cold - rather than the old homey hallmark. They had a decent selection of items after Christmas but it'll be interesting to see post holiday, the merchandising that they do with the new setup. The staff was very pleasant and I was able to score a lot of great deals post Christmas! I usually stock up very very early in the season as soon as the items come out and then again afterward. Luckily it looks like the card selection hasn't diminished.

I needed to buy a wedding card for an upcoming wedding and this location had the card I wanted, so I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, there was only one cashier at the register, so I had to wait a bit to be helped. A woman who was pushing a cart of cards asked if I had a question (since I wasn't holding anything in my hands) and I told her I was picking up my online order. She grabbed it for me and had me sign the pickup and I was out the door (super quick). The employee was really kind/friendly.

I preordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day from this location. When I went to pick it up, my order was not there. I showed them my confirmation to prove I submitted the order for this location. Somehow, they filled it at another location. They were able to give me something similar, but there was no apology and they couldn't include the message I requested. Would be nice for them to confirm orders, but they don't send any other messages after an order is placed.

Let me say that the quality of flowers is unmatched. The product that they are turning out here is fantastic and if you're unhappy with an arrangement or it fades too quickly, they will replace it with no hesitation due to their guarantee policy. I come at least once per week/every other week as I leave a bouquet of flowers on my sister's grave nearly every weekend. What's changed recently I feel is the level of customer service. I had been returning to this store for so long because I truly enjoyed the florist there Geoff. I haven't seen him in quite some time - not sure if he relocated or left the business - but the new staff doesn't have the same professionalism, kindness or presence that he had. It really makes a difference! I'll keep returning in the hopes that I see him again soon - everything he crafted was so beautiful and I just haven't had the same quality of product or experience since. The place just doesn't seem as taken care of or clean as it was when we used to see him there. I hope he's okay! He truly made this store special. Great flowers and product quality - but recently, just isn't what it used to be.

She seemed a LITTLE stuck up, I think it was just her attitude a little bit? I thought that the cards did not seem too stocked though (maybe only 2 cards left for each card I took a look at). There was also many rows where there were no cards at all (maybe that was where they had the Valentine's Day cards previously?) It was nice to see that all the Valentine's Day items were 50-75% off! This is my favorite Hallmark store because of how large it is and all of the different products…read morethey carry. I do not, however, like their remodel. It is bare and bright and makes them look like a shop for big brands rather than their own products. Most of the staff here is nice, occasionally there is one older lady who is not, but generally they're all nice. They have Vera Bradley, Alex and Ani, Yankee, and many other "big ticket" brands sold here that a lot of the other Hallmark's do not. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and will continue to do so.
