We were initially taken aback by the vast offering of Jellycat plush toys. The employee (owner?) who was in explained that they offer a wide selection of Jellycats, many of which are considered rare or very challenging to get ahold of. In addition to the plush toys, they also had a large variety of perfumes and perfume testers to sniff. I was really excited to see one of my favorite perfumes, Juliette Has a Gun, available in such variety. If my suitcase wasn't already jam packed heading out here, I would have totally purchased a bottle as a gift to myself. This was an adorable shop and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being watched and profiled. I was followed closely around the store and repeatedly told not to touch items, which made it impossible to browse or shop normally. At one point the owner was standing right next to me and speaking in a way that felt more like being scolded than helped. They won't let you look around the shop without following you around and asking you not to touch anything. Oh also they have a million perfume testers which they get mad if you smell them. Literally you cannot smell open samples of perfumes or they scream at you not to touch them. The overall attitude was very hostile and unwelcoming, which was surprising in a neighborhood where most small business owners are warm and appreciative of customers. I left feeling really disappointed because I had intended to give them my business. After mentioning the experience to a few other locals, I learned that others had similar interactions there. I hope the owners reconsider how they treat customers because the environment felt unnecessarily negative and uncomfortable. Ps. Same lady in all the other review pictures ! I had filler done here in January and needed it corrected, as I've been experiencing discomfort that began about 2-3 weeks ago and was told by another professional (not affiliated with this establishment) that the filler had migrated. I was originally referred to this business and have also referred others here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Before I was even assessed, I asked the owner about a possible refund. My main goal, however, was simply to have the issue corrected. I was then assessed and kept there for about an hour discussing treatment. During that time, they applied numbing, giving every indication that the procedure would be performed as discussed. Only after all of that after the consultation, the time spent, and being prepped was I told I would now be charged because the nurse decided it "wasn't migration" and that it was simply "how my body reacted," and therefore not their responsibility. The owner supported that decision. At no point when booking, checking in, or during the visit was I shown or provided with any policy stating that "free" dissolving was conditional or would not be honored. That was only communicated after the fact. When I explained the discomfort and timeline, it was dismissed. I became emotional, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner insisted she "knows her team" and strongly denied that I could have been told otherwise over the phone ...even though they could not identify who I had spoken to. At no point when booking was I told that "free" was conditional on their internal assessment or determination of fault. That condition was introduced only after I was already there and prepared for treatment. This felt like a clear bait and switch. Being told one thing to get you in the door and then something else once you are already there is unacceptable, especially for a medical aesthetic service. I ultimately left without treatment in tears! Very disappointing experience, especially as both a referred client and someone who has referred others. I would strongly caution anyone to get all terms in writing before booking. Verbal assurances were not honored in my case.

She was told over the phone that dissolving her lip filler would be free, she even confirmed it before hanging up. Then in person, they dismissed her concerns, numbed her, and suddenly said she had to pay. She left in tears. They claimed policies were posted, yet didn't show her anything. Instead, while she was visibly upset, they leaned into it rather than helping completely unprofessional. The owner swore her staff would never say that, essentially calling the client a liar while not even knowing who answered the phone. After that, how could anyone trust them to dissolve anything safely or not cause more harm? Now she has to pay someone else to fix it. Why would anyone spend another dollar at a place like this?

All…read moreproceeds go directly to A Woman's Place, a domestic-violence support organization serving Bucks County. There is a nice free parking lot. I originally stopped in just to drop off a big clothing donation... but I ended up staying to shop! A few days each month their prices drop an extra 50% off, and I scored 7 items for just $24. Most pieces I grabbed were $4, and a few were only $1 even with original store tags still on them! This store feels nothing like a typical thrift shop. It's clean, beautifully organized, and has a real boutique vibe. The staff and volunteers are the best. They are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help you find unique items. They even went into the back and tried to find me some off season items for a trip. There are spacious fitting rooms, size-inclusive racks (I saw sizes 2-24), and everything is clearly priced and sorted. There is no rummaging here. They specialize in women's clothing and accessories, but they also have smaller sections for men, kids, and shoes. Plus, there's a lovely gold/silver jewelry case and plenty of fun costume jewelry. I can't recommend this place enough--whether you want to donate, shop, or both. I've already told several friends and can't wait to come back with them (and bring more donations!). Thank you, In Full Swing, for such a unique and special experience.

(I usually go to the Jamison location). But they had completely remodeled and I honestly am a little sad. It doesn't look like classic hallmark anymore but instead boutique. It is a bit roomier which is nice as before it was a bit crowded. They still have the cards in the back but the cash rep is now in the middle and there's lots of glass fixtures flanking the front. It felt a little cold - rather than the old homey hallmark. They had a decent selection of items after Christmas but it'll be interesting to see post holiday, the merchandising that they do with the new setup. The staff was very pleasant and I was able to score a lot of great deals post Christmas! I usually stock up very very early in the season as soon as the items come out and then again afterward. Luckily it looks like the card selection hasn't diminished.

I needed to buy a wedding card for an upcoming wedding and this location had the card I wanted, so I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, there was only one cashier at the register, so I had to wait a bit to be helped. A woman who was pushing a cart of cards asked if I had a question (since I wasn't holding anything in my hands) and I told her I was picking up my online order. She grabbed it for me and had me sign the pickup and I was out the door (super quick). The employee was really kind/friendly.
