I'm glad he did--it ended up being a fun, versatile color/fabric that works beyond what I originally intended. Instead of just a summer/vacation suit I'd wear a handful of times, I can easily see myself wearing it to work as well and out on dates/weekends. I've been a SuitSupply customer since ~2018 and have purchased over a dozen suits, so I've had a range of experiences at this location. I've felt a push to a certain style multiple occasions a few years back in which left me dissatisfied so I started getting work wear at a different location. It can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you work with, but Jorge definitely stands out. He listens, gives thoughtful input, and helps you think a bit outside your initial plan--in a good way. I researched options and from what I read Suitsupply stuck out as a sweet spot on quality and price....not the cheapest price, but for the quality of the suit or tux you're getting, you're not paying a premium price. I didn't do a ton of research on different tux styles and options, lucky for me Chris was THE MAN. He was the person who helped me select the various components and styles of the tux and not only was able to advise on fit but also style. I was on a time crunch due to a busy day, Chris said bring it on, we completed the full process in 30 mins, the tux looked great and will be available to pickup as soon as tomorrow or Thursday as only a few alterations were needed to be made. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly employee -- I can't remember for sure, but I think he was named David. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us pick out the perfect suit for my son. David made the experience so much easier than I thought it would be, taking the time to understand what we wanted and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final selection. As my son tried on the suit, David gave him some style tips and advice on how to wear it. He even threw in a pair of shoes and a pocket square to complete the look. My stepson looked amazing, and I couldn't have been prouder. The experience was so memorable that my stepson still talks about that trip to Men's Wearhouse today. It wasn't just the suit, but the service we received from David(?) and the rest of the Men's Wearhouse Philadelphia team. They truly cared about making our experience special, and that's something that's hard to find these days. I called them on a Monday, was quoted a price of an even $100.00, and then I came in on Tuesday for a fitting. Thursday my suit was ready and it fit perfect. I am a big guy and I intentionally avoid suits and formal wear because most are not forgiving when it comes to us big guys and movement and flexibility. I needed a suit for my niece's wedding while also needing to update my dress wardrobe. So, I…read morethought I would try a custom suit and give Indochino a shot. In the end, I was very disappointed by both the service and the end product. The staff member that measured me was not friendly, seemed uninterested in servicing me, and lacked the customer service skills I would expect from a custom suit maker. Once I received my suit and tried it on, it was the worst fitting suit I ever experienced. I contacted the store to inquire about having additional alternations done and the sales rep, who was rather put off by my request, said to me.. "are you sure that you are wearing the suit correctly?" it me, that was an insult. After having a second fitting they said that I would get a call and a text when my suit is ready in two weeks. After two weeks, I called and they said.. "Oh, we tried calling you" but I never received a call or a text. After picking up the suit, my event was only two days away so I did not try it on at the store. When I did, it still did not fit properly. In fact, the pants felt no different and I wondered if anything was even done. I will not be going back to Indochino in Philadelphia. They seriously need to work on their customer service, their general attitude, and providing a product that actually meets their price point.

My Apple Watch gets stuck and I have to pull the sleeve to get the Watch out. I wanted to make several suits, and decided to try a few stores specialized in tailored suits, and Indochino was one of those. The guy who was in charge with me was nice and fashionable, but it turned out he had no idea about tailoring. I waited for a month for the suits to get tailored and ready, but when I came in, it was dissappointing. The sleeves were extremely tight. Pants were so buggy. I think whoever tailoring the suits cannot follow the order. I asked the pants to be adjusted in the same way but three pants came back in totally different waist size and length! These things never happened in other tailored suit stores. I asked everything to be re-done, and they were nice to promice to fix everything, but when the suits came back after another month, things were better but sleeves were still too tight. After two visits asking the same fix, I thought it's a waste of time to go back, so I told them to fix the sleeves as promised, but the store manager refused to fix them unless I come in again (I I was asking the suits to be fixed as agreed in my previous visit!) So I gave up. It was not cheap, but not expensive either, and not worth my time to deal with this. It's been already a few months. This was mid-2023. I was also either too busy or not in Philadelphia anyway. In fall 2024, a new store manager contacted me and promised to fix things. But he told me this is a "special favor" since, even though Indochino promises to keep working until a customer is satisfied, this "promise" has a time limit, and they won't do anything after a few months. I went into the store, and did the fitting again (but they didn't even bother to measure, which made me worry), and asked them to fix the sleeves as i asked them 18 months ago. The new store manager was nice. But the result was the same. They shipped the suits right away as promised but I found that they just shipped then suits without doing anything; the sleeves are almost exactly the same. It is possible that the new store manager wanted to dump these suits asap. See the picture. My Watch gets stuck in the sleeve. I know individual experiences differ and many seem happy with them but I never had such a terrible service in my life and wholeheartedly recommend eveybody to avoid this store and go to similar places such as Suitsupply. I think they are a bit more expensive but the service and quality is significantly better.
