I decided to get myself a custom tuxedo at Enzo for my wedding this past summer and can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Seriously, Nick did an amazing job. When I look at pictures from the wedding I can't believe how nice the tux looks. The fit is dead on and the materials are superb. I continued to get compliments on the tuxedo for weeks after the wedding. Planning a wedding is mostly stressful, but I always looked forward to my appointments at Enzo. There are worse things in the world than sitting down with a nice glass of whiskey and getting fitted for a high end custom tuxedo. Nick definitely has a good sense of style. I felt 100% confident in his judgement and walked out of there with a tuxedo that fit like a glove. Additionally, I have to say, I'm now spoiled and can't imagine ever buying a suit off the rack again. It just looks that much better. I will say this: when they say they're dedicated to customer satisfaction, they really do mean it. I went in for custom jacket that didn't come out quite right. It was remade, and then altered, and it still didn't come out quite right. I accepted it, sat on it, fumed on it, and left a review here that can quite fairly be described as negative. Upon seeing the review, the store manager reached out and offered to fix it. I just came back from the appointment in which the tailor worked with me to have another go at fixing it. I will update the review when the final product comes back, but I did have to come back here and post immediately that they do really want you to love your clothes. Perhaps there are some difficulties in execution, but they are working with me to make it right. read more

About 8 years ago or so I used to buy off the rack suits and dress shirts... Knew I could not afford custom to fit me better and never ever really explored that option. I wanted to so bad because I know I'm in finance it's about how well you look to your clients. Saved for a few weeks to shell out for three custom shirts and picked Enzo Customs. Was extremely nervous because I knew you had to be at a certain level in society to be able to afford custom and or be respected by the shop owner. Never expected Eli and the Enzo team to treat me like a millionaire even though I was not. I was so pleasantly surprised and knew I found my place. They not only at the time make it easy to buy a custom shirt but suits as well. Fast forward about 8-9 years. Mind you I now and have been buying all my suits and shirts from Enzo. Met a lot of great and amazing clothiers there who were down to earth genuinely nice people. Nick, Mark, Arthur, Aaron and Melissa. Love all of them and miss them dearly. The problem with a successful business and tough times in our economy, the owner tries to cut costs and compromise on quality and what the brand was originally built on. My last suit took almost 2 years to get done and it's still not done.. Keep in mind in those two years there was a lot of blame thrown around with no Owneship from Enzo especially the rude office manager. Just today I asked for a full refund, I have never asked for a refund in the 8 or so years I shopped there. It's heartbreaking to see something you loved turn into something it shouldn't of been. Last few months the quality of the suits went down a few levels and Eli won't even take my calls to hear my feedback. I never thought I would be leaving this type of feedback for Enzo. Enzo has become a place to buy suits if you are the upper echelon of society and don't care about quality. Yes I am sure I gave the office managers there attitude at times when I spoke to them and they probably didn't deserve it but I was a frustrated customer who has been shopping there for 8+ years. I know the quality and respect they delivered in the past and most of my anger maybe stemmed from me knowing they are better than this. Now I have to find a new place... Update again: After my last update enzo contacted me and fixed the issue. Great customer service after that small step back but they went above and beyond my expectations. I was fitted for a new pair of pants and they quickly came in. This time adding extra lining to prevent the issue again, I think the fabic I originally ordered was on the thin side, so that lining should have be ordered to begin with. But all is well. Nick was awesome helping me with the new pants. Will definitely recommend. Update: after wearing this suit for about 9 months or so, this pants started falling apart. The fabic in between the thigh area was so weak and I took it to a great tailor twice to be repaired. I was eventually told that these pants needed to be replaced. I was surprised since I just spent $800 for a custom suit. Today I called enzo asking if they can replace the pants and they told me no, also Aaron no longer works there. Enzo then told me I could order new pants for $255. Which is outrageous. The woman I spoke to didnt even ask me to bring the pants in to see what they can do, just awful customer service. I came to enzo because the suits I got from macys or menswearhouse wasnt good quality. And now to learn that not only did my $800 suit start falling apart but they wanted to charge me so much to correct it. I wear this suit about twice a week for work. When I first purchased my suit I definitely told everyone to come here, now, I would recommend for people to shop around. The suit won't last. First review: i had the best customer service at this place. I worked with Aaron and he was very nice. I ordered a custom suit and had 3 shirts ordered as well and Aaron made sure every piece fit exactly how I wanted it to. He was the best. Being queer and masculine presenting in the past I've faced obstacles in my suit buying process but that was never an issue here. The sales rep was extremely pushy on extras, I had literally planned on buying a shirt but he was so pushy before I even got any cloths or suit measured that I backed out. My rep was not nice, not funny, and not relatable. He eventually had to have the manager do the finish the measurements even though the rep had been there over 6 months. My suite came fitting worse than something off the rack. I will be taking this to be tailored elsewhere and not be repeating business at this establishment. I purchased a Groupon for 2 custom shirts and a custom tie at Enzo. I'm somewhat happy with my purchase, but I don't think I'll go with Enzo again. First, it should be mentioned that garments here are made-to-measure, meaning the sales rep will take your measurements but your stuff will be made in and shipped from China. There doesn't seem to be a tailor on staff. That detracts from the Enzo experience quite a bit, as plenty of online retailers do the same thing without the need to schedule fitting/pickup appointments at inconvenient times. Still, it was nice to speak with my first sales rep about the specifics of the shirt, he was pretty knowledgeable and helpful. His replacement when I picked up, however, wasn't as skilled and couldn't even find my shirts. I had to actually go in the stockroom and point them out for him. Thus, your experience will be either positive or negative depending on who's working the shop. Also, the quality of the base model shirts is pretty poor. The fabric is very thin and wrinkles if you look at it the wrong way. I got a $20 upgrade on one of the shirts and the material is fine on that one. Finally, though I was promised a "custom" tie I had to select from what they had on their rack, and most of the selections were fairly ugly. The fits of my shirts were on point, but now that I've gone through the made-to-measure experience once with assistance I doubt I will need to return to Enzo. read more

After having been to Enzo's for a friend's wedding last year, I knew I wanted to come back for another custom made-to-measure, this time for my own wedding. I offered my groomsman the option of having their suits made at Enzo's, or matching a spectrum of blue with another rental or suit from their own closet. As a ringing endorsement of how great these suits look, all three of the groomsmen who live in Philly took the opportunity to get a new suit made at Enzo's, even if they had a suit in that color spectrum. One texted me later to say he was hooked, had bought two more suits in addition, and that it was my fault his kids would be eating ramen and canned peaches for the next month. He'll be fine. Day-of the wedding, I got so many compliments. Now, granted it's somewhat more likely you'll receive any compliment on your wedding day, but it was pretty consistently about the suit. Shout out to Aaron, who helped me out on both occasions. Aaron is a pro at what he does, and a class act to boot. A genuinely nice, interesting guy, who you'll enjoy chatting with while you sip scotch and flip through buttons. When you're overwhelmed by that scotch and options, Aaron will help you cut through the noise and come out looking damn good. read more

Got married this past June and decided I would buy myself a bespoke tux for the occasion. I'm in the Philadelphia area and after some research, I found Enzo Custom and set an initial appointment with Nick Decero. Nick was great to work with. He presented me with all of my options and gave me an idea of what pricing I should expect. I decided to proceed with Nick and returned for another appointment to design my tux and get measured. At no point during the process did I feel rushed or pressured into selecting more expensive options. Enzo was pretty spot on with order fulfillment, within less than a month my tux was ready for my fitting. This appointment was needed to try on the garment and ensure everything was as it should be. Incredible! I am a hard to fit man and Enzo has done an incredible job making clothes for me! Over the past year I have purchased 3 shirts, a suit, and a tuxedo, all of which have come out exactly as I wanted them. I cannot wait to go back and buy more suits and shirts. EDIT: I am dropping my review from 5 stars to 4 stars due to the long term durability of my suits. I purchased a Suit Supply suit within a month of my Enzo suit and while the initial fit of the Enzo suit was better (SS needed some tailoring) the SS suit has held up much better over time. In conclusion, if you are a hard man to fit or can't find anything you like in retail then Enzo is a fantastic option, but if you find something workable at SS or another good retailer (dear God not Jos A Bank) I would have to recommend them due to durability concerns. read more

I worked with Nick Decero at the Enzo Custom showroom on Walnut Street in Philadelphia. The showroom itself is very modern and comfortable, and it is just a short walk from the shops at Liberty Place. Nick was waiting for me when I arrived for my initial consult and fitting. My main interest was in getting some wool trousers for work, but I also was fitted for custom dress shirts. Nick listened very attentively to my explanation for why I was going for custom clothes and took the time to look at a sample of the type of trousers I had been wearing. After getting me into a pair of sample trousers and a shirt, Nick took all of my measurements and then started to work on customizing the trousers and shirt to fit my frame and particular style. I liked the fact that he made suggestions for how to customize everything, rather than simply dictating how it should look. I was also relieved to find out that he is not a slave to particular rules of style. For instance, I like flat front trousers, but I also like cuffs. After getting the fit and styling right we looked at various fabrics. Enzo Custom has a wide variety of fabrics at various price points, all of very high quality. I never felt like I was being pressured or that Nick was trying to upsell me on anything. When I told him I was uncomfortable at a particular price point that book of fabrics went away. We settled on five fabrics at a mid-range price point and then chose buttons. Again, I never felt as if Nick was trying to upsell me. I also ordered a couple of French cuffed dress shirts. I returned just last weekend for a final fitting of the finished trousers and shirts. Everything was perfect the first time. I was given the opportunity to try on everything. After that we picked out two more fabrics for trousers, which Enzo Custom will ship to me. If needed, Nick told me I can always arrange another fitting if something isn't right. If you're ready to step up to custom clothes then I would highly recommend Enzo Custom in Philadelphia. I also give my highest recommendation to Nick Decero. The process was easy and the clothes are fantastic. I will definitely be returning. read more

I hate off the rack shirts b/c they tend to be ill-fitting and poorly made, especially for my disproportionate body type. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Enzo Custom. After a terrible experience with Indochino left a really bad taste in my mouth and only 6 weeks to get a suit before my wedding, I desperately scrambled to find another company in town to get a bespoke suit quickly that wouldn't break the bank. A friend of mine recommended Enzo. Can't thank him enough for that. I set up an appointment online and expressed my concern with being able to get this done in time for the wedding. Katherine emailed me back within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. She said she was confident that Enzo would be able to help me in time. The showroom itself is a little hard to find....it's on the 7th floor of a building that isn't marked, but once I got inside and upstairs, I was really impressed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and offered a drink. Once the clothier was ready for me a few minutes later, he sat me down at a desk and began to talk to me about what I was looking for in a suit: style, fit, colors, accessories. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and was able to make great suggestions when I was unsure of what I was looking for. He was extremely transparent about the pricing for all of the various add-ons for the suit (even talked me out of getting a more expensive add-on because he didn't think it was necessary for the style of suit I wanted). He had me try on an off the rack suit in my approximate sizes and then proceeded to measure me. He asked about the fit of my regular clothes in order to better understand how I might like my suit to look. He made adjustments on the fly and talked me through the process the entire time. He treated me like a human--not just some annoyance that came to interrupt his day (cough cough Indochino). When we were all done, he reassured me that we would get the suit back in time to have it adjusted if need be. I thank him left and went home to wait. Two weeks later, I got an email from Katherine saying my suit was ready and did I want to come in this week to try it on. Fast forward to my appointment. Same warm greeting and kind treatment by everyone there. I tried the suit on and I had a "Wow" moment. I'm not the type of guy that has to get dressed up often and I actually was blown away by how well the suit fit me. The clothier looked the suit over where I wore it and actually noticed a few things that he would like to adjust (brought the shoulders in a little bit, shortened the pants a little to better accommodate chukka boots, etc). Extremely minor adjustments that no-one except a clothing expert would likely have noticed, but I was happy to have the help since the suit came back so quickly and the alterations were free. A week later, I received a similar email saying the suit was ready for my final fitting. Again, warm welcome and great customer service. I left with a suit that I was extremely happy with and a great experience. I will definitely be back to Enzo next time I need a suit. Highly, highly recommend. read more
