I had only visited the locations in NY, so I was pretty excited to check out this store. I love their winter jackets but is summer and I live in Florida. The women's clothes are located on the second floor. I found some great value items. I really loved the quality of their products and their basics and t-shirts. I was very impressed about their customer service and the self payment checkout. After proceeding to the self checkout register and setting my items on the little box on the side, I thought It was going to be a long process but it took just a couple of minutes because i didn't need to "scan" anything, everything gets scanned automatically by ITSELF so basically you only need to press a few buttons to finish your transaction and if you need help their staff members are genuinely nice and friendly. It was was a great shopping and Super fun experience!

The entrance is quite Grand for a fast fashion store but I wouldn't expect any less from Uniqlo.

This is actually a really good place. What makes it so is that the people are genuinely friendly, they consistently give you a hello and welcome greeting, the store is clean and organized unlike H&M, and overall it has a great Ambiance about it. When I ask for help the staff is friendly. The fitting room in the men's section downstairs is run well enough. The selection of clothes is well enough in that with a sale I can get $15 Chino shorts and premium French linen shirts. I have trouble finding those at a reasonable price in the city. In the winter I intend on buying some mock neck shirts from here and I think the quality will be good. Their socks are cheap I believe four pairs for 10 bucks in a good quality. However, I would like to see a better variety of colors. Improvements I would like to see are an expansion of the men's fitting room downstairs because sometimes there can be a line. Also, I would like to see each individual fitting room enlarged because they're narrow. I was first introduced to Uniqlo in New York City and I was blown away by the quality and price and shopping experience. That has translated well enough to the Philadelphia store.

Ripped right next to the pocket.

I hadn't shopped here before until last Friday. I want that into the style and thought the clothing looked and felt cheap. Then the rain came. My rain coat is only waist long and my frontal thigh area was getting all wet. My original intention was to buy a cheap poncho. How I ended up in this store the world May never know. I found a sale rack in the basement with a knee length weather resistant coat for $40. I considered this a steal. I tried on all three sizes. Shockingly the only thing I was not swimming in was a small. Every other piece of clothing I own is a large. So first off if you intend to buy something here you need to try it on. Now let's fast forward to today. It's the first Tuesday since I bought my new coat. I'm out on business. So I am using my phone to google where I need to be. While parked of course. Like a butterfingers I drop my phone on the passenger side floor. I lean to get it. It requires a little stretching. Suddenly I hear a ripping sound. I'm like what the fuck! I instantly know it must be the coat. I move back to my seat and inspect the damage. Like I suspected the coat has ripped right next to the pocket. I can't believe it! I don't know that I've ever worn another piece of clothing that has ripped so easily. I was leaning over a goddamn armrest. Where does this leave us? I can no longer use my brand new coat to go to work meetings. A total waste of $40.

Things I miss about living in Asia 1. Cheap food 2. Uniqlo 3. Cute babies Things I don't miss about Asia 1. Crowds 2. Not being able to find cheese Well now I can cross one off the list, even if it does come with my #1 thing I don't miss about Asia. Uniqlo was always my first stop in Seoul (I may or may not have rocked my elastic waistband jeans every day for a year and convinced all my friends to buy them, basically we were Serena, Ugly Betty, and Rory, and if you get that reference you just get me, thank you). When I moved back to the US I missed those heat tech shirts (technology! !) And the sweat proof shirts! Its always my first stop in NYC now too. And now finally (!) Philly has arrived. The store is giant and the escalators are impressive. The sales people wear uniqlo kimonos and hand you Asian candies. It's amazing. Women's clothes on the top floor, Men's on bottom. Think of it as H & M and American Apparel's (cooler) Asian cousin. Thank you for gracing us with your presence uniqlo!

Great Uniqlo store located in Center City across the street from Liberty Place. This place has what I call 3 1/2 levels. The first floor is men's clothes and the second floor has men and women clothes and a small kids section while the floor between the second and third floors (I call it 1/2 since it's half the size) has the casual men and women's clothing while the third floor has women and children's clothes. I thought the men's store had most of all the online clothes and a had a great selection of sizes and colors. I was a little disappointed with the selection for girls clothes. They definitely have more choices online. What I love about shopping in Philly/Pennsylvania is the no sales tax on clothes.

On Dec 1 2021 I found out Uniqlo changed their return policy on uniqlo.com, I don't know when, if you buy online you can't return it in the store as it used to be. This is a HUGE issue since Uniqlo DON'T OFFER PHONE SERVICE as well. Based on previous experiences I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVER bought from online if I knew it can't be return in the store. I mailed 2 packages on Dec 1, today the packages were handed to Fedex? Customer service is horrendous, they don't read messages, come with questions showing they have no idea about what's going on and this is VERY BAD. AVOID buying online, save yourself a chain of irritating events, delays and useless communication. Both screen shots taken on Dec 7 2021, I can't make sense of it and there is nobody to ask about. I just have to wait and hope I will get my $400 back

I have been to a few Uniqlo stores, SoHo in NYC, King of Prussia, Cherry Hill and Center City Philadelphia. The selection in center city is very good, much better then the mall stores. It is not as big as the NYC store but still a lot larger then their mall stores. This store had 3 floors. The staff here has always been pleasant. I like it that Uniglo runs specials fairly often. Last night my wife, daughter and myself all bought faux shearling sweat pants. Wow, these things are comfortable. So far the quality of Uniglo has been good. They do a nice job with their displays at this location also and the store is super bright, almost sunglasses wearing bright. I am glad that Uniglo put a larger store in Philadelphia. It is a nice addition to Chestnut St.

TLDR: Fantastic help from Lindsay, but disappointed with the rest of the sales associates…read more I visited recently to purchase a coat and was surprised how difficult it was to get assistance. Several associates passed by without acknowledging me or offering help. Thankfully, Lindsay stepped in and turned the experience around. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to pull different options, make thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her patience and professionalism are exactly what you hope for when visiting a store like this. She's the reason I stayed, and the reason I'll consider coming back. If you visit, I highly recommend seeking out Lindsay--you'll be in great hands. I just hope the rest of the team steps up to the level of service she provided.

I had not passed by since before the pandemic so it's definitely been a while for me, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the array of upscale offerings here in Center City. It was mostly accessories that would appeal to me, since unlike Saks Fifth Avenue, they do not have a plus size section aka anything north of a size 10 in clothing. But their handbags and their shoes were as beautiful as they come. If you're looking for anything from Victoria Beckham, I think this might be the one place in Philadelphia to find her dresses. But the store gets props for featuring a handmade cashmere and mohair sweater line that was simply dazzling! I was inspired enough that I will return!

The brands they stock are thoughtful and considered. You can browse through a rack of Massachusetts brand Penfield, Brooklyn's The Hill-Side and Copenhagen's fresh menswear line Norse Projects (the only place in Philly that carries this brand). P's & Q's also offers up home goods and skincare from eco-conscious brands like Izola and Baxter. The back of the store showcases beautiful hardcover tomes from Taschen Books and U.S. stationery brand Field Notes. The shop also carries their own line of T shirts with smart and bold graphics created in-house. What I like most about P's & Q's is not their stocklist but their overall vibe. The design of the interior is gorgeous. There is wood everywhere including the floors, shelving units and islands. There is something about wood that is just naturally inviting and warm. The occasional incense stick helps also to relieve the stress of shopping (it's hard for dudes sometimes). The entire staff is also super friendly and helpful, and most of all laid back and unpretentious. There is nothing worse than dropping a few hundred dollars in a shop and leave feeling like they did YOU the favor! P's & Q's showcases their own interests and sense of style as apposed to following the latest trends or letting blog posts from Hypebeast dictate their inventory. They also focus on brands that have eco and socially conscious business practices, this is something that is very important to me. I always read about cool menswear shops in London, New York and LA and think to myself "Why Can't Us?" to quote the famous 2008 Phillies slogan. Finally there is a place right here in Philly that offers smart style in a beautiful storefront that is both welcoming and comfortable to shop in.

I had to reach out myself to find out what happened, and only then was I informed that the company had decided to cancel my order due to the cost of international shipping -- despite the fact that I had already paid the higher shipping and duties. No one attempted to contact me beforehand or offer any alternative; they simply cancelled the order without discussion. To make things worse, the sale price of the bag is no longer listed, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the cancellation.
