Paying for your merchandise with cash or credit here is apparently far too old school for the Lululemon brain trust who refuse to prosecute masters of the five finger discount. I can only imagine how stressful professional shoplifting can be and how comforting and rejuvenating acres of prestige yoga mats and armfuls of all you can carry brand name hoodies and workout gear must feel in between heists. The worst store. The staff goes out of its way to be unhelpful (which isn't normal for the brand!) and disinterested in making a sale. They point randomly at a general direction of the store "oh it's over there" for something you asked for help finding. They can't be bothered. Came off very judgy and rude. Asked two different employees for help finding leggings and both seemed too busy with talking about their weekend plans or some wedding than to help customers. Went to cherry hill and found everything I was looking for, the staff was knowledgeable and helped me order additional pieces online. This Philly store is pointless. read more

While there is nothing inherently wrong with the store, I was disappointed that I tried to have the staff help me multiple times and they seemed not only disinterested but also knew nothing about the products. I asked which leggings were best for HIIT and two staff members had no idea. For $128 leggings I'm going to need a little help figuring out what is best for my needs. read more

Those Align Leggings doe! Honestly, i can understand what other reviewers mean when they feel as though no one helped them. When I walked in there was really no one upfront to greet you. Even as I walked midway, no one asked me if I needed help (which I'm TOTALLY fine, bc I'd like to shop in peace). However, if you continue walking down where they leggings are, there should be a few associates that can and willing to help ya. My experience today was great. I was helped by this nice young lady, whom I should remember her name but I didn't, and she gave me a few leggings to try on. She was attentive and asked how's everything going while I was still inside the fitting room. I guess it depends on who you got to assist you. Tip: get those Align High Rise! I love this product! Although it is a very popular brand, unlike other brands, it still has great quality! Even though it is more on the expensive side, you most definitely get what you pay for (and they have amazing deals under "we made too much"). Whenever I order anything online, it always shows me exactly where my package is in the delivery process. And I can't say from personal experience, but anybody I know who has gone into the stores in person always say that the workers are very nice and helpful. read more

I definitely wanted to get a new pair of leggings, and I ended up leaving with a couple of beautiful pairs. Unfortunately for me, I ended up exchanging quite a few pairs before I found a few leggings that I really liked. I really wanted to like the Fast and Free and Invigorate because the concept of having side pockets for cell phones, keys, etc sounded great. Both pairs of pants just fit too tightly, too snug in my waist and felt uncomfortable. I did fall in love with the Wundertrain! They're smooth, soft, breathable and I got them in a beautiful purple / blue, a color which I personally love. I absolutely love those leggings. I just wish that they had pockets. So, I went back to Lulu and got a pair of Align leggings, with pockets! My absolute favorite thus far! They're incredibly smooth and soft. They're very comfortable and I love the side pockets! The store staff did caution me that these pants may pill and they're not exchangeable if they do. I hope that they don't! I do a lot of walking and I got Lulu leggings because I was hoping that by paying the steeper price tag, the pants would be better quality than the competition. Not entirely sure there. I do take excellent care of my leggings, I hand wash them and air, drip dry them. I really enjoy this store, it's a beautiful store, although it definitely is expensive. Very friendly employees. I like to stop in here time to time to pick up a free items! It's hot or miss as sometimes I get greeted and sometimes not! When I am approached I find that the associates have great product knowledge and can get me the item that I need in no time flat! The store is always clean and brightly lit with energetic music! They do have a fairly good size run as I think I'm in a typical size and never have an issue- I don't find that their align legging doesn't have as much color selection as I would hope. The location is great and has enough room for a stroller to maneuver around- I know that sounds strange but for a mom on the go- it's important to get in and out! I like that I can order online and have it delivered to the store so I don't have to worry about the package walking off. I highly recommend you stop in for your workout needs!! read more

Badest experience in a Lululemon store ever. I am a regular customer with Lululemon and due to my job I am able to visit your stores in the whole country. I never had such a bad experience like in this store before. I am used to an outstanding service. On Walnut St. nobody paid attention when I came into the shop. No greeting from one of the 4 associates. During my stay in the shop this attitude did not change. They were to busy with their own conversations and did not pay attention at all. Not great to be honest . They could take a page out of cherry hill branch store . The old location was super nice and I feel like ever since this one opened the whole entire vibe has changed. The associates just seem aloof and snobby --unless you deliberately ask repeatedly for their assistance . Every once in a while I'll get a slightly friendly one ,but even then it's lukewarm at best -- Fitting rooms barely give you any attention at all. I'm not going to lie, with the reviews I was a little worried about snotty customer service here at this Rittenhouse location. I must say, my experiences at Lululemon have been an outstanding! The service provided by Morgan and Nick have been exceptional. Morgan helped me navigate around the immaculate and well organized store, and she even selected colors for me based on my skin and hair color. Colors I probably wouldn't have chosen myself, as I tend to stick to neutrals especially when buying pricier pieces, but LOVED what she had picked out! Wound up buying everything! She grabbed styles perfect for what I was looking for, and that was gym to everyday wear. Pieces I can wear for grabbing the kids or running errands after hitting up the gym and still look cute, and those I can just wear for grab a lazy Sunday brunch in the city and still be comfortable yet look somewhat put together. I think Lululemon aesthetic is perfect for that! I am THRILLED with my initial purchases! A knit cardigan with fun layered open back, a kit cropped top with peep through hole and incredible quality yoga pants. Perhaps my favorite pair I own to date...and I own A LOT!! I'm actually dying to go back and get the same fit in every color I love them so much! Shopping here was an absolute pleasure! I have to go back and spend more time bra shopping. Those I did try were a tad ill fitting for larger chests, but I think I need more time to try different styles. Morgan did inform me they sell larger sizes online than they do in store! They have free shipping and returns online too. *I should note one of my knit tops frayed a bit on the seam from my cross-body purse rubbing. So we came here today to make an exchange because my boyfriend brought me two pairs of tights but was not the right size. The store opens until 6pm and we came at 5:50 exactly. The doors were already locked. The guard waved from the inside and didn't even bother to see what we needed even though the store was NOT supposed to be closed at that time. We would have taken maybe 5 mins tops inside. I'm very disappointed at the management here especially with the amount of money we've spent on this brand. The customer service or lack of service is starting to make me rethink brand loyalty since they clearly could care less about me. This location needs new management as my experience there outside of today has always been bad. People are always just standing around talking to each other and not helping the guests. I won a free outfit here via a contest at Orange Theory Fitness and the manager, Amy Sullivan, was so gracious and helpful in helping to arrange my shopping experience. I'd never been to a Lululemon before my visit and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly all of the sales associates are. The store itself is beautifully organized and very clean. Emmy was an absolute gem to work with and she made me feel like an athleisure princess. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about the products and that comes through so clearly in her sincere advice and enthusiasm. After my experience shopping with Emmy I am a new Lulu devotee! I'm hooked and I already picked up another running tank and tights and have enjoyed great workouts in my new gear. read more

This Lululemon location is much better than most of the others I've been to. The floor space is large, so you don't have to squeeze by people or wait to look at items. It's always very organized and clean, and they have a large selection that's well-stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. All-in-all great business. read more

I've been purchasing lululemon apparel for over ten years because the fabric, design, and fit consistently work really well for me as an athlete. If only the staff were as consistent as the product. The staff at this location couldn't have been less lululemony. Shopping for athletic wear (or anything really) should be a fun experience. I repeatedly had to leave my fitting room to try to find help that wasn't there. I got lots of blank stares and unhelpful one word answers from the employees who really seemed not to care at all about the customers. They seemed disgruntled and kept talking to each other about "getting off the floor"...I'll seek out other lulu locations to shop at in the future. (I would buy online but my sizes vary and it's nice to have a second set of eyes when trying on.) read more

I was really not impressed with this store or my experience there. It was clear that the brand was catering solely to one body type - tall, white, skinny. I do not fit that mold, and as looking for clothing that made me feel comfortable. I did find that at this store. Specifically, I was looking for a bra that would support size DD/E chest. I was told by the representative who worked at the store that they didn't have anything that would cater to me. I found the customer service overall to be somewhat rude, with a "too cool for school attitude" that was extremely unappealing. I would not go back, nor do I wish to support this brand. My first time every shopping at Lululemon and the employers were absolutely nice. The sales associates were extremely helpful and welcoming. Being a first time shopper they were excited and asked me questions about what type of fitness I do. I ended up purchasing three items and I'm happy with the quality of them! Though it is a bit pricey, you do get what you buy and I know these will last me a lifetime. The leggings are extremely comfortable and I never want to take them off :).
