With some of the stuff online listed on sale and then an additional 30% off, it was worth my time on a day off to come back into Center City to actually check out the goods instead of wondering about the quality online. I needed to buy some nice shirts to go out in that were not just a T-shirt. Got to the store and tried to check out Yelp. Lo and behold, it's not even listed! I get to create an account for UNTUCKit. I had really good service and felt comfortable with my shopping experience. My assistant, Blake, has been with the company a couple of months, and this specific store has been here less than two months. It's spartan but has enough to look at. Blake had me try on a couple of sizing shirts. He and I have the same body type and after looking at myself in the mirror, I was happy with the look and feel of the clothes. They run small, so I had to bump myself up to a comfortable XL (or maybe I should just lose some weight). After the hard part, I got to look through two small racks of short sleeved shirts as this is all I was interested in. I don't like the feel of rolling up the sleeves! There were two on the sale rack and one on the regular that I really liked. Blake went to the back but unfortunately that only had one of the three in my size. "No problem," said Blake as they will ship to my home for free! We set up the online account, paid with the card, and I was out the door. Blake was nice enough to discount the regular shirt, too, even though it was not part of the Labor Day sale. We also celebrated with something that you'll just have to go to the store to check out. Tasty and smooth! $180 for three short-sleeved shirts that you'll probably see me in at a future Yelp event!

After looking for some shirts in my size, I asked to try them on, and, they weren't a fit. No big deal, the sales associate brought in a different size shirt -- it fit well, so I picked out two in the same size and went to pay. Normally, a $95 dress shirt is not in my price range, but I figured I would splurge -- hey, they were nice! The associate failed to tell me the larger sizes that he brought over were an extra $15 each. Not generally a dealbreaker, but in that case, I thought it to be poor customer service not to mention the upcharge. Bottom line was, some of these guys seemed more interested in having personal conversations than communicating with their customers.

I came in with a very specific suit and custom fabric in mind, but Jorge suggested an option I had actually filtered out while browsing online. I'm glad he did--it ended up being a fun, versatile color/fabric that works beyond what I originally intended. Instead of just a summer/vacation suit I'd wear a handful of times, I can easily see myself wearing it to work as well and out on dates/weekends. I've been a SuitSupply customer since ~2018 and have purchased over a dozen suits, so I've had a range of experiences at this location. I've felt a push to a certain style multiple occasions a few years back in which left me dissatisfied so I started getting work wear at a different location. It can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you work with, but Jorge definitely stands out. He listens, gives thoughtful input, and helps you think a bit outside your initial plan--in a good way. No experience is perfect, but overall I'd absolutely work with him again. I'll likely be back in the fall for another staple suit, and he'll be the first person I look for. Highly recommend.

I recently went to this J. Crew and asked the sales person on the floor to hold a sweater for a few…read morehours. They told me where to pick up the sweater when I returned, and when I returned and told the person at the counter my name, they knew where the sweater was being stored. It just took a few minutes. I was impressed that they are so organized and the staff is on the same page about the procedure to follow when a customer asks to hold an item.
