I love Primark and its sister shop, Penney's. They're my go-to store when in the UK. We've had them in select cities in the U.S. for a while now. Whenever I need my fix, I'll hit them up either here, King of Prussia, or Boston. Nothing beats the original stores but this location fills the bill. read more

I found the store to be organized well, plus it had a large selection of clothing items. The store itself is only 2 stories, and although it's not as big as some other Primark stores, it's not lacking. There is a nice collection of Holiday items for sale if you're feeling a little festive. I stocked up on Holiday themed socks for stocking stuffer at a good price. Happy with the winter accessories, in fact I bought most of my winter scarves from this specific location. They're huge and really keep me warm. The undergarments section is also really great, I prefer the primark opaque tights for work over any other brand. There are great finds here on general. The checkout line can be pretty long, but they have a handful of cashiers to keep the line moving. read more

I was so impressed by Primark that I visited twice. Located in Philly's Fashion District right near Wonderspaces, the store is expansive and two stories tall. They have both escalators and elevators to navigate between the floors. I hadn't been to a Primark since Germany in 2016, so I was hyped to check out all the apparel, household items, and knick nacks. There was so much to see and I bought a ton for an affordable price. The folks working there all looked miserable and security is stationed at every exit. I can't say I blame them for not liking their jobs, but the girl at the second floor checkout who snapped on my senior-citizen mom for reaching for the reusable bag before she could cut the tag off really needed to redirect her energy. Come here for the cheap and comfy shoes, specially their cute flats, sneakers that look like Air Force 1, and sandals. The only thing is, if you get a scuff it's hard to rescue it due to poor materials. They also sell cheap Pjs, 100% cotton. This place pretty much has it all, kids mens clothing. Overall, a wide-range of selection at this location. The store is huge and everything is in place! The windows are always stylish and the navigation around the store is great! Great for both a last minute outfit idea or a well-thought out intentional shopping trip. The options are endless from clothes, accessories, shoes and household items! The value, price and overall idea of Primark is great. The customer service in this store is lacking tremendously from a service/hospitality point of view. From the assistance, greeting, cashier engagement, security, etc. I've shared my feedback and completed the surveys, but I do believe this is a large area for improvement. Primark is a mix between Home Goods, Tj Maxx, and Marshalls. This place is the bomb because they're inexpensive and have something for everyone. Whether you are getting ready for the club, attending church, need clothes for your baby, prepping for work, going to school, about to run up on your man, or need to decorate your home: Primark has it. We stopped in here twice because they had the cutest onesies for our little one. I love that the items were prepackaged and came with a decent amount of onesies for the price. read more

Like many others, the only time I had ever been in a Primark was when I was in London, UK. I loved it then - it was bright, fun and inexpensive. And so I was really excited when I finally had the chance to step foot into the one right on Market Street in Philly. The first thing that struck me was it was deadly quiet in here. No music was playing - not sure if it was intentional, or that the staff just forgot to turn on the speakers - LOL. Yes, things were inexpensive but mostly, they looked cheap. The shoes looked like they would fall apart after one wear. The sweatshirts were pretty boring and looked thin. Not very impressed on this go around. read more

I love Primark and hadn't been to one since 2019 when I was in the UK, but I was so excited to see that after our food adventure there was a little bit of shopping for me to do. We came on a Sunday and I didn't realize that the store would be closing so soon so I legit had 20 maybe 30 minutes to shop. The staff were still really friendly even though there were a lot of us in shop. Thankfully I was able to grab a couple of things, a Harry Potter blanket, a pair of flats, some face mask sheets and socks. I really really wish we had gotten there sooner and I had at least and hour to shop because I know I could do some real damage. There are two levels which is my favorite thing about Primark and they carry home goods along with kids, mens, womens and beauty items! I wish there were a Primark in San Diego or even in the West Coast! For the price I think it's definitely necessary to check out Primark. read more

I never shopped at Primark before, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a huge selection of merchandise. I found tee shirts , that were soft and avalilable in great colors, for only $4. Overall, great selection of merchandise at incredible prices. read more

I think this is a great spot for some quick fixes. Some of the quality left something to be desired but the prices are extremely affordable. Thumbs up for location ! This store can be hit or miss as far as merchandise. I noticed they didn't have much larger sizes in tops for women (very few L, hardly any XL) but it could just be that those sizes are snatched up first. In comparison to other locations in Philly, this Primark doesn't have much workwear if that what you're looking for. Great shoe section, the Jean area was a bit of a mess so just exercise caution. The check out line downstairs got really congested but the one on the second floor was quick and easy to check out. Just FYI. You will always find something at Primark. I guarantee. They are really on trend, but I think the quality can be improved overall. You get what you pay for ! This isn't a place where you buy something you want to last for years. New location just opened in Fashion District. Just like any other primark - expect to wait in line for a long time but they have a lot of items for cheap. Obviously not great quality, but you pay for what you get and some things are convenient. Happened to be there opening day and really did not like the DJ. There were different songs playing in different parts of the store which was really confusing and distracting when trying to shop. read more

It took about 30 min to get in and another 30 min to check out that day. There was also an error getting the receipt from my checkout experience, but their cashiers were well supported by their supervisory staff. Clothing selection: relatively smart casual with a variety of jeans, T shirts, button-ups, jackets They have home supplies like throw blankets and towels They have kids clothing, men & women's wear Their fitting rooms are nicely sectioned They have large bags and bucket handle carriers for those grabbing many items Pricing of clothes is typically less than $15 per item and can be cheaper. The style isn't for everyone, but it's simple and a decent sized store to just wander around for the heck of it. Tips/Takeaways: I wasn't blown away by the Hype of Primark coming to Philly, but I can reasonable understand the appeal. Worth at least walking around once to get their aesthetic. Tried to pop in to grab 1 item then head up to the movie theater. Young woman security guard at the corner street entrance refused us entry and said they were closed. It was 6:40 pm.
