I spoke with Brian (who I later learned is the owner of this bespoke/made-to-measure shop), and he was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to get his team to make the alteration on short notice, and he even suggested a pocket square to pair with the jacket. He also took time to explain the unique work he does with clients, including their image consulting approach. The customer service was outstanding, and the experience really stood out. I fully intend to use them for made-to-measure clothing going forward, especially with the added value of their image consulting.
