I come at least once per week/every other week as I leave a bouquet of flowers on my sister's grave nearly every weekend. What's changed recently I feel is the level of customer service. I had been returning to this store for so long because I truly enjoyed the florist there Geoff. I haven't seen him in quite some time - not sure if he relocated or left the business - but the new staff doesn't have the same professionalism, kindness or presence that he had. It really makes a difference! I'll keep returning in the hopes that I see him again soon - everything he crafted was so beautiful and I just haven't had the same quality of product or experience since. The place just doesn't seem as taken care of or clean as it was when we used to see him there. I hope he's okay! He truly made this store special. (I usually go to the Jamison location). But they had completely remodeled and I honestly am a little sad. It doesn't look like classic hallmark anymore but instead boutique. It is a bit roomier which is nice as before it was a bit crowded. They still have the cards in the back but the cash rep is now in the middle and there's lots of glass fixtures flanking the front. It felt a little cold - rather than the old homey hallmark. They had a decent selection of items after Christmas but it'll be interesting to see post holiday, the merchandising that they do with the new setup. The staff was very pleasant and I was able to score a lot of great deals post Christmas! I usually stock up very very early in the season as soon as the items come out and then again afterward. Luckily it looks like the card selection hasn't diminished.

When I arrived, there was only one cashier at the register, so I had to wait a bit to be helped. A woman who was pushing a cart of cards asked if I had a question (since I wasn't holding anything in my hands) and I told her I was picking up my online order.
