We recently had our 15 year old washer go bad and in researching a replacement found a lot of conflicting information on the newer high efficiency top and front loading models. We went to a local Lowes to ask the appliance resources for their opinions and pros and cons and found that they were not very well versed in details and the various points of comparison. Looking at local reviews in the various social media posts, we came across ALBO with a large amount of positive feedback. We stopped in to talk with their salesman and check their prices. It was evident immediately that they know the appliances, technologies and feature sets of the various models and brands. Otis, the salesman who assisted us was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons and answering our many questions. He was not pushy and did not try to hard sell us on anything. My microwave stop heating up so I knew it was time for a replacement. We went to Albo Mt Holly because we have purchased many item from them and have always gotten great service. Ottis Brooks was an extremely big help. He explained the difference between the different units and searched the pricing of the unit we were looking at to see how he could get us the best possible price. He was both very knowledgeable and happy to help in any way. He is making arrangements for our new microwave to be installed and the old one taken away. He also informed us that there would be no charge for the removal of our old microwave. This is something we feel is huge because we would have no idea how to get rid of it. I purchased a new gas range a few weeks ago. I have always had an electric range, and wanted to deal with a salesperson who could answer all my questions about cooking with gas. Otis Brooks was extremely helpful and was able to help me make an informed decision. I purchased a specific model, and after I got home, I decided on another model he had shown me in the showroom. I went back the next day to change my order - and even though my new choice was almost $200 less than my original purchase, Otis was more than happy to change my order without any problems. I usually don't like sales people in general, but Otis was awesome! We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen and Otis was able to stay within our budget, which was much lower than a lot of the showroom pieces. Just be sure to tell him exactly what you are looking for and how much you want to spend. He looked online for different models and showed us what they would look like in comparison to what was displayed in the showroom. In under an hour, we were able to buy 5 appliances: refrigerator, stove, hood, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a sales tax reduction 3.438% if you go to the Rancocas location. We needed a new Whirlpool microwave oven,l we bought one from Albo Appliances in Mount.Holly, NJ on 19 Dec 2019, it came in on 24 December and we picked it up, brought it home and was installed today by: The Go to Man, LLC . Johnny Viggiano who done a superb job in the removal of the old microwave oven and re-installation of a New Whirlpool microwave oven in less than 30 minutes! A total gentleman with the entire job; He even took the old unit out for disposal at a local recycling center! The sales rep, Otis Brooks, was fantastic. I'd been in the store about a month earlier to look at ranges and he was very helpful. Then, before I was ready to buy the range, our dryer died on us. We went to Albo and got the advertised price. While there, we also ordered an over-range microwave that we had been considering, and Otis was able to match the lowest price that we had found online. He found several rebates and even suggested we wait to make our purchase until an additional rebate became available the weekend after we first met with him. There was a slight delivery problem, the usual Albo truck broke down and the installers did not have their supply of hoses.
