My girlfriend and I stopped in this location when we meant to go to the R&F outlet. We decided may as well take a look around before heading over to the outlet as we had some time. Basically, the cheapest sofa you can buy here is over $500 and if you want to splurge o well than you can definitely splurge as it is no problem at all to double that price for a little nicer of a sofa. All of that being said, I found a chair here I absolutely love. It is $300 for a small office chair but hopefully it holds up over time and good on the back : ) As always people SYOY!!! Critical Review of Mattress Firm (Mount Holly):…read more I am compelled to issue a serious critique of Mattress Firm due to an alarming level of service and product quality. The mattress delivered were of unacceptable quality, and the base was never even delivered, yet I was still charged for both TWICE. Despite the company's own representative admitting that the product was not properly assessed before shipment, the items were still dispatched. This negligence not only led to immense dissatisfaction but also posed a significant health risk. Additionally, the imposition of hidden fees for both delivery and return shipping underscores a disturbing lack of transparency and accountability within the company. This level of poor service and disregard for customer well-being is unacceptable and must be addressed at the highest levels of Mattress Firm's management. I strongly urge potential customers to consider Mattress Warehouse, which exemplifies superior service, genuine transparency, and a true commitment to customer health and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend Mattress Firm.

Our furniture quest continues... having visited the full service Raymour and Flanigan store in…read moreLawrenceville, NJ we were told very hush hush that their "outlet" stores only deal in inferior quality pieces of dubious origin. Somehow, this bad faith gaslighting between siblings only made me want to visit them more. Wonder of wonders, it's a furniture store. Frankly, I can't tell you if a "Paco Geppetto" or "Geezus of Nazareth" brand couch is better or worse than the inventory carried in their mainline store but to my eyes and especially, my derriere, they felt pretty good. Perhaps the Sultan of Brunei may have some quality issues but seeing as the two of us will never be confused, I can live with a reasonable compromise or two. And frankly, the pieces weren't self-destructing before my eyes like they do at a discount schlock-meister like Bob's. We're still looking but the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet is still in the running, much to the chagrin of the Sultan. Five easy stars.

When the swatch also met my expectations for color & feel, I placed the order online & chose my delivery date. On delivery day, I received an email that allowed me to track it to the minute. The first & only in-person encounter was with the delivery guys. They were outstanding--friendly, polite, & professional. They carefully brought in the pieces, placed them where I requested, & assembled them. Everything ran smoothly & my furniture is perfect! I couldn't be happier with RF & my new living room. Most reviews I read here were frightening. Had I trusted only those, I would probably have looked elsewhere. However, I've had two prior positive experiences with RF over the past 12 years. Also, my sister just purchased her sofa & loveseat at the Langhorne store last year. She, too, had a good experience & loves her new set. Taking all that into consideration, I decided to make this purchase with RF & I'm glad I did. I had a hassle-free experience & received good quality furniture for a reasonable price. Wrote this review because it's important that my outstanding experience be included with all the unfortunate ones. Maybe dissatisfied customers are more likely to write reviews than happy folks like me? Just one more thing--if you know exactly what you want & don't require assistance, I highly recommend the online experience. It worked great for me.

From the moment we walked in she treated us and our one-year-old daughter like family. She was never pushy, always genuine, and really listened to our concerns to guide us to the perfect mattress. While testing mattresses my husband and I got so comfortable we nearly fell asleep right there. Kelly even made us coffee to perk us back up. On top of everything our new mattress came with a lifetime warranty, which gave us so much peace of mind. Since almost all of her mattresses are designed and created by Kelly, the prices were very reasonable for top of the line mattresses. If you are in the market for better sleep this is the only mattress store you need to visit. Thank you Kelly for making what could have been an overwhelming process such a fun, personal, and easy experience.

Kelly had us lay down on a few different mattresses to analyze how our bodies and heads needed support. After determining that we had different needs and pressure points, she offered to have her manufacturer make two different mattresses to create a king bed to support us individually. We also decided to order the adjustable comfort base, which will allow us to control the adjustments of our head, feet, and back remotely. Yelpers, this review is about eight months in the making. Wife and I wanted to purchase some better…read morequality outdoor furniture for our patio, we ended up at Fortunoff Backyard Store in October. The store is pretty large with a lot of displays of chairs, recliners, tables, fire pits, and all things outdoors. There was also Christmas displays of faux trees and lights. The store when we were there did not have any other customers (not really a store that people would come to regularly) but slowly some others came in. The three employees rotate as to who gets what customer as they came in for a possible sale. Ours was friendly and helpful as we took our time sitting in all of the available chairs in the whole store multiple times. After we made our choice (which, of course, had to be the first set we tried) she did her best to get us into the computer system so that we could obtain financing. This is where my shopping experience turned into a comedy of errors. It had to do with not having a password and no one else had it and the manager was on vacation. It was clear that there really was no plan as to what to do and the three employees bickering at each other as to what to do. Someone finally called the manager, but then I was told I had to just try to sign up myself using my cell phone. Thankfully I was successful and they eventually got into their own systems to put in my information. After everything was done and a "final" price completed, we ended up getting a call once we were home about having to alter the prices due to an error. I was also upset about having to pay over $500 for delivery. It eventually got resolved, and we were warned that it could be more than six months to receive our patio À La Carte set. And it was. This was due to the global stoppage of goods and waiting for it to be our turn. It actually took three different delivery dates to finally get everything. We can't wait for some really nice warm weather to truly enjoy the outdoor furniture. Overall, Fortunoff Backyard Store met our needs. It's not cheap furniture, but we expect it to last. Each time we spoke with staff on the phone or in person were professional. The store is at least worth a visit if you're in need of patio furniture. It worked out well for my family. Three and a half stars, but I'm rounding up this time.
