I contacted Jaron's and was told I had to contact Guardsman. The salesperson from Jaron's even tried to coach me in to what to say to Guardsman before I called which made me think do I really have to do this for them to honor their warranty? Honesty is always the best policy so I called Guardsman and was given a link to submit my claim. The link however never worked. I called days later and I was given another link that finally worked. I was then told I had 30 days to submit my claim. I never knew 2023 would be here at the end of the month? I thought it was a 5-year warranty? So finally I put in my claim and added pictures. I was told I would be contacted via email. 2 weeks goes by and I contacted them AGAIN and I was told I had to submit a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase submitted. Another 2 weeks goes by and no response so I contacted Guardsman AGAIN. This time I was told I took too long to submit my claim and my couch wouldn't be covered because they are very specific in their handling of fabric that tears near a seam. Guardsman specifies a distinction between seam separation (when the thread that holds the material together comes out) and a stress tear in the material (where there is fraying of the material near a seam) and based on their experience, they stated my photos show a stress tear. They would not accept that the tear was caused by a key ripping the fabric. So they would not accept a key ripping my couch in which it did and now I have a hole in my couch with a warranty for 2 years that covers everything but the couch. Yes it does sound very dumb to seek an attorney about a couch but the fact that they're calling me a liar is unacceptable. So I have contacted an attorney and I submitted a consumer complaint with Channel 10 news. I will never purchase anything from Jaron's furniture in Lumberton ever again because of this whole ordeal.

This was our first time at the location. And We live in Philadelphia and took their long drive. We Was going to another store but could not find Nothing. I was very upset that we couldn't find anything. The store that we went to i'm not gonna mention the name but they need to close it down. So I mentioned Ashley Furniture. So my husband decided to look the address up and this is how we found this location. My niece had her three sons and her friend. With us You told her just to walk around and find something that she might like. The person at the door name was Abigail. She was very pleasant and welcoming to their store. She told. Us about different items to look for in the store and ask us question about what she needed. They even tried the matters that goes up and down , which was wonderful. Then my niece walked up to these beautiful couches.And set down and said this is the one. She didn't hit the change the color because she loved the color of the couch. So abigail went to write up the Sell slit. Then her manager told her about getting two couches instead of the love seat. The price was grey and my knees decided to get to couches. The delivery was on time and they put the legs on the couch. She also got a five year scotch guard cleaning. Which she can call every month to get her furniture clean which is wonderful because you know how three little boys are. The real jesus placed it so don't mind the rug lol. My great-nephew jumped up and down with their bottoms. Just make sure the the couch can hold up. My husband was looking for us but we have furniture. He really love a leather sectional And it was very nice but we did not need it. The manager even tried to give us a package deal, but we didn't come here for us. Ashley's was having a great cell.It was twenty five percent off the whole store. Then if you tried the mattress you got a couple more dollars off. The sale was off that sunday. I explained to my husband that we can come back later to shop for us. I just wish the store was closer to where we live at is. Truly a height to go back. But let me just tell The staff at this location is awesome.Wanted a young man.Even talk to my great nephew to keep them occupied while my niece was looking around. My niece was so happy to find the couch is she couldn't wait to receive them. And We purchased them on Sunday and they was delivered that Thursday on time and everything.The window was from 9am to 1pm. I just love Ashley furniture. My house is mainly decorated with ashley furniture. There was a lamp that we was interested in but the land was not working and I really wanted it but it was broke. That's the only thing that I would approach is for us. Because we need a lamp in our living room And it was absolutely beautiful.I shouldn't took a picture of it or just ordered it while we was there. The store is a fake, a front. Can't find a website, 3 business all registered at the same address…read more None of the three have a storefront or a shopping site... They hold government contracts. No information on where their product comes from. Kind of like a ghost business. The garbage they send only through state and government agencies. So they have no recourse when the crap falls apart. They won't give any information on the manufacturer. The poor folks that get furniture gifted by state and government funding are left without. The O. O. B. got payed tax payer money, but give NO warentee .

This place is big, with an 18,000 sq. ft. showroom and warehouse that has a huge selection with much better quality and is reasonably priced. They sell top name brands such as Ethan Allen, Harden, Thomasville, Kittinger, Henredon, Hickory Chair, Pennsylvania House, Hitchcock, and more. They have 1,000s of new pieces arriving each month.   In the end, we were happy to find our Serpentine table and were able to exchange words with one of the owners, Amy.   If you are in the market for antique furniture, they have a great selection that we can recommend.

They have a two-story warehouse full of antique furniture and unusual collectibles. Much of it wasn't to my taste, but they did have some beautiful things, and everything has character. We were looking for something more contemporarary, and found a cherry Ethan Allen curio cabinet and a nice mahogany console table, reasonably priced. Amy and Jeff were very cool, helped us with everything we asked, and personally delivered the pieces to my home several days later. On the down side, the inside of the cabinet smells like cigarettes, which was not apparent in the store or during delivery. I was able to clean it to only remove some of the odor. Wood is porous, so be aware of this issue when buying used or vintage items that's been in someone else's home.
