Dropped in for a few items while overnighting in the area. Overall store seemed fine. Self checkout was overwhelmed. Viscose common theme lately at Target with not enough humans. read more

Target Burlington your curbside associates are incredibly understaffed. I wait on average 5-10 minutes at Mt. Laurel target when they are super busy and an hour average at Burlington when there is barely anyone in the store. Someone is doing something wrong! read more

Drive up is ALWAYS so slow. Like 20-30 minutes waiting for them to come outside. Even when it says driveup isnt busy at the time.

Management is lethargic, seems to always be on lunch. There is ALWAYS a long line for checkout and they have the nerve to shut down self checkout for any type of efficiency. This is the Walmart of all Targets. Iykyk read more

This is the worst Target ever. Their drive up is a JOKE. You always have to wait a million hours even if there's no one there and then if you go inside there's only one register open. Save yourself and don't go to this location. read more

Won't be shopping at target anymore due to them pushing adult issues on to children. Also, their "Shipt" service actually pays employees a salary. $16-$18 an hour to shop and deliver to you. Don't be fooled by over tipping. Or having them tell you to tip higher. These companies try to push the blame on to customers because they don't want to pay their employees a higher salary. read more

This is the one. That's what I sensed as I led him to the intimates department. My best friend became my boyfriend a few days after that Target foray. He still is the one, and I have this Target to thank for that. Twenty years on, and I had holiday shopping to do. I thanked Target for still being nearby my Willingboro home. The people inside were so nice. I had brought a return with me that I could not return, and the woman that helped me said it was OK to walk around with my nonreturned items that did not have a receipt. Walmart would give you a hard time in a situation like that. I avoided the underwear and went right to the Stranger Things things. I got myself a tin lunchbox while humming a New Order song. I considered entering the Upside-Down. I decided against it. Had more shopping to do. Got tons of cool stocking stuffers right at the front bins. A majority of them were quirky and affordable. Some were more girly. There was something for everyone. Got a girls' shirt for $2.50. That's right. $2.50. Leggings were six bucks. Cat and Jack clothing has a guarantee for one year. Keep your receipts. Sophie picked a Mossimo sweater and a My Little Pony stuffie. She also bought a cake pop and a beverage from Starbucks. She took some pics of her treats with my phone. She informed me that she had deleted my voice memo app, at which point I nearly lost my mind and became the sociopath that I had recorded with that app. I eventually calmed down. Going to this Target was a bright spot during my stay in Jersey. Afterwards, familial chaos ensued. Even my Stranger Things lunchbox became scathed in the process. Oh, well. There's always the intimates department for analyzing your feelings and forging a future. read more

This was the worst Target I have been in ... looking for baby clothes was the worst! Clothes were everywhere and not in order ... the store was unorganized and stuff just seemed like it was put everywhere! I tried asking associates where things were they did not greet with a friendly smile nor did they know where things were ... smh ... cashier had a attitude and on her phone texting while ringing up so she didn't even tell me the total or anything... I was just dissatisfied with the entire experience!! I've been to Target from here to Florida and never seen such a thing! Get it together!! read more

The constant harassment from AT&T employees make it hard to want to shop here. If I wanted to sign up for AT&T I would go to a AT&T store. Won't be shopping here again until the solicitation ends. Shoprite doesn't have these issues. read more

Thank you Seth for you generosity!!! Target on Burlington is the best place to shop! They care for their customers....

Went to buy a few clothes while I was in a business trip and found massive disarray. Really astounding that a big brand like target can be so awful ( see my pics) read more

It is target. not sure what else to say. Plenty of parking, shopping carts are easy to find..... It is not open 24 hours like the local walmart, but for those who HATE walmart, this is a great alternative. Prices are reasonable, products are what you would expect at a Target. It is easy to get into and out of. read more

For the most part, I think this target location is a decent store, but it does have some issues. The most glaring and frustrating problem is that they eliminated the guest services area and replaced it with a Starbucks. They took one of the regular checkout lanes and converted it to guest services/10 items or less checkout- which is a TERRIBLE idea! I hardly think it's fair to stand in line for 10 minutes while other customers are making purchases and I just have to make a return. This is really quite frustrating and I would like them to remedy this ill-conceived idea and have a dedicated guest services line only. Over the past year or so I've also noticed that the level of customer service has gone down which is always unfortunate. And as Target seems to pride itself on providing excellent customer service, they should make sure that the people they hire for the local stores are indeed striving to meet that goal. With the customer service aspect, it's really hit or miss at this location. Mostly, it's a positive interaction. However, there have been a few times when I've had to deal with one particular lady that's verging on hostile and is not exactly friendly. If she's treating one person poorly then I'm sure there are others. Selection-wise the store does about average. However, I have found an entire shelf of very much expired coconut water bottles that should have been pulled MONTHS ago. I brought this to the attention of an employee stocking shelves who assured me it would be taken care of; and yet several months later I find the same coconut waters expired on the shelves again! That is sloppy and acceptable. I'm glad that the store is so close to where I live, but would really like to see them work on these customer service issues. read more

The store is like any other target, nothing different to report here. However, the senior ladies working at the fitting rooms can be very pushy and automatically act as if you are going to steal clothing from them. They have now enacted a policy ( not sure if it's the stores or the employees) of having to escort you to your fitting room, which is in plain sight, and not allowing you to touch the clothes you wish to try on. Unbelievable!!! I won't try anything on there again. Instead l take it home and return it if it doesn't fit. read more

Just called this store to ask if they had Vinyard Vines coolers. I was transferred numerous times to all the wrong departments and then no answer called back and the same mess. They Need new management, not to redo the store and still have bad service.. all other locations are so much better. read more

So - no sign indicating 10 items or less - as the woman chewed me out for being in the line (no one behind me) - I told her there was "no sign" (and there wasn't) she said Target made them "take the signs down". So apparently I needed to either 1) be a mind reader or 2) have frequented that store? A man comes up behind me with one item and she again scolded me for making him wait. Really? A $210+ sale is far less important than a one item sale? I said. Ok - so here's the deal. I will abide by the rules - but you need to make them known to the customer so they don't feel awful for spending money in your store!!! Pretty basic customer service. Rule #1 - set your customers expectations #2 Train your staff and provide them the tools to do their job; #3 exceed your customers expectations #4 the customer is always right Not that difficult right? I will ponder how much I want to return to Target. I don't frequent that often (obvious) - my daughter has a young family and she does. I do most of my shopping thru Amazon. Good luck Target! Amazon - I will continue to be your loyal customer. read more

I was very disappointed in this Target as i know if many who work for the brand and know of their standards. First, the store is a mess. There is not a shortage of people who are working in the Burlington target so we can chalk this up to poor recruiting, hiring choices and lack of great leadership. There are many Targets in this area and how they differ so much in terms of recovery and cleanliness is beyond me. I drive to the Mount Laurel Target to avoid this Second, to a more specific event, the customer service isn't the best. I am someone who has worked as a store manager for large well known brands for over 12 years so i know what reasonable expectations are for customer service. I went in to do a return after receiving broken shipment from and online order. I spoke with Target's customer service via the app and after an error in the system my only option was to go to store and return. With receipts and conversation from online customer service in hand i went to the Burlington Target. After explaining the conversation and event showing the associate the entire chat within the app she tried to return the item. There was an error as well in her system and instead of immediately calling a manager or trying a few ways to get me my refund, she told me i need to talk with customer service because there was nothing she can do. I told her no that i was not because i already have. After going through that twice she finally called a manager. Soledad is the only reason there are 2 stars for this. She tried several different things and was able to get me my refund. Thank you Soledad The whole point is call your manager. Do not try to brush me away because you don't want to deal with a difficult situation. If she had called her manager first and they tried but still couldn't process the return then that would have been a whole different review read more

I love Target, I mean who doesn't. I am in town for work and have been on and off for the last 3 weeks. Last time I was in the store seemed to be just beginning the updates. The store looks great! Anyways, I wanted to leave a review today because I had the nicest cashier. I believe his name was Zachary. He was a younger guy and new to the register but he did a great job!! I have worked in retail for many years and I know how rough it is, and he was pushing through! I just wanted to say keep up the great work and know retail days will not always be the best; you have to make them the best!!! I hope that management sees this review and acknowledges him for his great work. read more

I always enjoy coming to Target because it is my one stop shop for everything. This Target is convenient because it it right near my house, but I prefer to go to the ones in Mt.Laurel and Cherry Hill. The only reason is I like the layout better, and both of those stores have more to offer. The workers are really nice, and I loved that they finally added a Starbucks! The customer service is pretty good here except for when you purchase photos. They never have anyone working there. It took me about 5 minutes to find someone to help me. I remembered that there always used to be someone working there, so I am not sure why they do not have anyone working there. Maybe it depends on the day but I am not quite sure. Overall, this Target is like every other Target just a little bit smaller. read more

I usually loves Targets, but the one in Burlington is very messy. It looked like a Walmart. It is very close to my house, yet I will go to the Delran location first. Not enough of cashiers either. read more

Its a Target. What else can i really say. Store was clean but items on the aisles in the toy section were a mess (and limited).

Busted this store on a Sunday and it was a total mess! The aisles were messy and unorganized. Upon checkout, there were only three cashiers open and I was #18 and that was the shortest line. I would not recommend this store to anyone hoping to just stop in and grab something real quick. I hope they hire additional staff or I will not shop here again! read more

there are few places that i've been to that have impacted my life so thoroughly. burlington target has the GREATEST popcorn that i have ever tasted. my entire life i have been a fanatic of target's popcorn, there's just soemthing about it that hits the spot. the smooth buttery goodness melts on your tongue, the bitter bute of salt on every piece. if it doesn't make ur lips burn, they're having an off day. i love the feeling of slipping some buttery pop in my mouth, caressing it with my tongue and swallowing a mouthful of target's own. but butlington does it differently. you can tell its fresh made every day, the smell radiates trough the entire town, the only thing poppin about burlington. a timeless classic, target popcorn is something underappreciated nontheless, but burlington's is better than anything i've ever experienced. read more

This Target is close to my home but the only reason I patronize it is that they carry my foundation in store ( not all Targets do). That being said, I'm getting really tired of stopping in and finding that shelves haven't been stocked. Fed up with seeing empty shelves and not being able to find staff who can check for item availability. Unfortunately, even checking mg the app in advance doesn't help since it routinely shows items in stock and even provides the aisle numbers. I'll be patronizing Delran or East Windsor from now on and shopping on line. It took too many frustrating trips for me to write this store off. Sadly it sits next to a defunct mall, does it want to be next? read more
