I dropped by today as my Tissot chronograph was dead. In 10 minutes I was back in business and it's easy to kill 10 minutes in the mall. Time After Time can also water seal your watch if so needed. They can change watch bands, but they don't have an extremely large selection. Time After Time has a punch card and with a certain amount of punches a free battery is rewarded. They stock new watches and carry some decent brands like Fossil, Citizen, Invicta, etc. They have an actual mall store also but I only use the kiosk for batteries and watch bands. Until my next watch battery need, I will be waiting...Time after time.

Ironically, I was already at the mall getting the battery on my iPhone also replaced. I was the only customer, so service was finished within 15 minutes. I asked about possibly replacing the watch band too, but their options were limited and the sales rep was very honest about what she thought of them. All done and about $12 all in.

I had to take them to court and received a judgement against them $724 This all took over a year... it was all about principle.. all I ask for was a new scuba dive watch but only offer 50% off meaning no accountability on their part. They are all over priced but I originally felt buy local... boy that was a mistake in their case. I spent thousands at their store for myself and gifts...this how they thank me..one watch could of sold a dozen
