Very friendly customer service team. Has pretty good deals too. Wish the lighting wasn't so bright. Other than that great store overall.

The store was absolutely packed, and it was clear they were spending a lot of time helping customers find the perfect engagement rings and jewelry. Despite how busy they were, someone immediately stepped away to ask how they could help me. Even though my request was small, I never felt like an inconvenience. They treated me with the same attention, kindness, and professionalism as someone making a major jewelry purchase. That level of customer service is rare these days. It's easy to focus on big sales, but the team at Spivak Jewelers showed that every customer matters. I truly appreciated how quickly they took care of my watch and how genuinely friendly everyone was. If this is how they treat someone coming in for a simple battery replacement, I can only imagine the care they provide for their jewelry customers. Highly recommend Spivak Jewelers for their exceptional service and the way they make every customer feel valued.

They made me feel right at home and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire process was honest, straightforward, and comfortable. Update,I went to two other Jewlers more high end that actually looked high end .I was treated with…read morerespect by both places by knowledgeable staff that didn't treat me like I was ghetto trash. Both places one was $120 for the new 14k pin and the other was $130 for the 14k pin. Both knew exactly what it needed and didn't look at it like it was a jigsaw puzzle.,like Mr Miserable dread lock guy.I went with the high price of $130 because iI knew that that is the range it should be,not $479 dollars.,like the guy whom I believe is one of the Managers. He was a nice enough guy, unlike The miserable guy who yeah I heard you mumbling saying you don't have to deal with this stuff.,while you walked away you unprofessional....!!!..I went to Family Jewlers to have a pin replaced in my nugget bracelet.I emailed and they seemed nice.First I talked with a miserable guy who doesn't even know the first thing about jewelry in my opinion.Ok another guy comes over,I assume is the a Manager,he was nice asked if everything was ok and I said no,I don't like the way this guy is treating me and he knows nothing about jewelry..Sadly the Manger guy says well we are no kinda of right. No I'm. right you don't reuse a bent up pin but you can use it as solder for the repair.I gave him my information and he punched some things in the computer and comes up with the absurd price of $479 dollars to replace the pin.I guess he thought he had a braindead moron there or he didn't like the fact that I said that I wasn't treated with respect from the frizzyhead, mushmouth guy who couldn't fabricate a complete sentence .He was a disgrace. Please see other places and get prices because Family Jewlers has rude, ignorant, know nothing employees and absolutely ridiculous. prices.LMAO.Being a Jewlers kid my whole life I know how much things cost.I know moset gold is sold at double plus 29% and that's how most get their asking price. The pin is good and yes gold is high look at what this fool wants $479 dollars for.I am stunned that people try and rip people off like this l.I guess that's why his store is empty.Places deserve to make money but, ripping people off like this place tried to do.,Shame on you.Oh The solder you say is so expensive. They will take the old pin melt it and the solder is paid.Becsusee these other places were honest they will make alot of money because I buy alot of jewelry.BTW My total with tax is $138.30 and no charge to redo my appraisal which we never got to after laughing at his $479 dollar price.for a pin that will take under 5 minutes to do and cost for the 14k pin is less than $30 bucks. So the honest place will make $100 bucks for basically nothing.Im good with that because they should make money.
